The sliding glass door did not close or lock and we were on the 1st level corner room. The door had to be repaired instead of moving us to another room. The bathroom floor did not appear to be very clean and there was a lot of patchy work done on the walls. The staff were all pleasant however, I would not stay here again.

The rate was fair and the location was great. When we first check in they have us cookies at the front desk (delicious). I went to my room on the first floor (even though we booked a balcony.) I commented to the front desk about it being a porch and not a balcony and they told me the hotel was full and they couldn't move us. Regardless, we took our room, room 113. The keys didnt work when we tried to open the door so I returned to the desk to get new ones. Those also did not work. The manager gave us a third set of keys and walked us to the room. She was very polite. Inside the room the porch/balcony the door was in rough shape and required a lot of extra force to unlock it (a little wd40 might have fixed it) The bed was a king size bed with a mattress completely sunken in the center to the point that the edges were not touching the boxspring/frame...it made for a very unrelaxing stay. When my wife flipped the pillow over the was a smudge and a dead moth. We threw that pillow aside. All in all for what it was, we stayed and didnt complain (we aren't that type). I probably would not stay there again unless I had no other option. The facility needed some work. The staff was very nice.

The staff was extremely pleasant during my stay. The bed was super comfortable. My only issue was the walls were thin and I could hear everything going on in the next room.

Pleasant stay, terrific welcome with warm, delicious cookies, lemon water in the lobby, a restaurant serving breakfast and lunch and dinner on the outside patio. The sole criticism was the hotel is being renovated, although the check-in clerk made sure we were on a floor that would not be impacted by construction noise.

The part of the hotel they put us in was under renovation. It smelled like clay and musty - the shower faucet kept turning when trying to push the shower down to turn off. The bathroom sink was so low we had to bend down to brush our teeth - I'm only 5'5". The area we parked and the location of the room was right off the highway - it was noisy and I didn't sleep very well. The room was old and definitely needed renovation but then they should have closed off this section while doing work. I heard a banging all night long as though someone was working and slamming doors - it was very unpleasant. I am disappointed on how much I paid for this room and will never recommend or return.

We were in town for a nearby golf weekend, and the hotel is an excellent option. The locate is right near the highway exits and just up the street from many retail establishments, including a supermarket. The hotel parking and doors make it relatively easy to get to your room from where you park. The pool is well lit, spacious, and clean. The staff did a great job attending to the grounds, bar, and restaurant areas.

Staff/Manager: could not understand them-accents. Wake up calls: Asked for 2. The first one we did not receive. Asked to speak to the manager and she had no idea what happened. The second one we called the manager and advised that we needed a call at 5:30 a.m. due to an early flight and wanted to make sure the call was made. She assured us that she would set up the call herself. We received the call at 4:30 a.m.. Obviously the time change was not taken into consideration. We called the front desk asking. why we were awakened early and told he did not know. Asked to speak to a manager and told they would not be in until 8:00 a.m.. Then we were hung up on. We had a very early flight into PBI and wanted to take a rest when we arrived at the hotel but, there was construction being done so all we heard was hammering and drilling. Called the front desk and was advised that there should not have been any construction being done and it would be checked into. The noise stopped for a half hour then started again. We have stayed at this hotel before and things were much better but, we will not be staying there again.

We were visiting a sick relative at the Jupiter Medical Center and the hotel was an easy 10 minute drive from the hospital. Appreciated the breakfast buffet. Overall a great stay.

I've had better hotel experiences. Seemed like there were problems with the toilet. It made loud noises for a long time. I was surprised that they did not serve breakfast. Normally every hotel we had served free breakfast. The pool was good though. I rented a house before this hotel, I would have to say that this hotel did not meet our standards.

The hotel is conveniently located with ample parking. Staff is friendly and helpful. And the bed was very comfortable. I plan on staying here whenever in thx area.

The balcony is a bit tight. The bathroom needs to be renovated. Everything else was fine.

FIRST ROOM WAS ON LOWER FLOOR, AND THE "BALCONY" WAS BASICALLY IN THE PARKING LOT....I IMMEDIATELY WENT TO THE MAIN DESK...WHERE DYLAN APOLOGIZED, PUT US IN A ROOM OVERLOOKING THE GARDENS, AND FROM THAT POINT, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!!

The Doubletree by Hilton in Palm Gardens has potential and parts of it a are pretty nice (pool, louge, outside seating and restaurant) They have renovated the first floor to give you a good first impression but where you actually live and sleep is what creates a lasting impression. However, once you get to your room, the disappointment starts to set in. This hotel is like a really nice pair of shoes you bought a while back but now they are scuffed, scraped, dirty and out of style. This hotel needs a serious renovation in it's living areas. Getting to your room is interesting in that the hotel is not fully connected. Finally, once we got to our room, the trash had not been emptied, there were stains on one of the chairs and scrapes, scratches, bumps and nicks on the walls, furniture, doors, etc. Simply a tired, dirty, used up and dated hotel. You might expect something like this at an airport hotel but this is a very nice area of Palm Beach Gardens and the hotel does not live up to it's location. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The location was good if you need to be by the airport. Whatever you do don't book a standard view you get the view of interstate 95 along with the noise of all night traffic. Oh and if you try to change because you can't sleep be prepared to be told "well you did have a choice between standard view and garden". And you book through expedia....the hotel is old. Never again lesson learned.

The hotel was nice and we enjoyed our family trip. Our kids got in the pool and have a great time. Being relatively close to nice places, we think in staying there in our next trip.

Couldn't be comfortable are relax bugs and ants everywhere

Staff was very friendly. Riom was spotless, but the hallway and the elevator had no A/C which was upsetting . Room was ready early!

Unfortunately, my room had many bugs coming in through the patio which was locked. My room was exterminated, the bugs were back the next day..changed rooms. Was already at the end of my stay. Just terrible.

The staff and service was great, room was decent, no complimentary breakfast but there is a resturant on site.
