Such a lovely spot!

We just loved our stay at this home. The views and sound of the river were incredible and the house was equipped with everything we needed. The space was perfect for our family and so well cared for. The property manager was ready and available to answer any questions we had and she made us feel so welcome. We will definitely return for another stay.

July Family Vacation

This is our 2nd time to stay at this property and it was excellent again! We absolutely love the location and the view of the river and the mountains. You could be content just sitting on the deck and watching the hummingbirds, listening to the river and stargazing at night. Don’t worry that there’s no AC - the house stays cool all day long, and is very clean / organized. We really appreciated the guest services stocking the fridge for us and help plan excursions. There’s so much to do from fly fishing, tubing, horseback riding, golf, hiking, the Springs resort, etc.We highly recommend this rental and VIP property management!

Amazing views and amazing house!

My family had a wonderful week together enjoying listening to the river and admiring the amazing Mountain Views that seemed to change every time we looked at it! The house was perfect!!!! Clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend this home. (The ONLY thing it needed was a few more towels, but everything else was PERFECT!)

Summer Vacation

This is a wonderful property situated overlooking the San Juan River with Mountain View’s towards Wolf Creek Pass. The home has high end appliances, luxury touches and is in a great neighborhood. We were a little concerned that there was no AC (coming from the TX heat), but it was not needed. Temps ranges from mid-40s to mid-80s in August. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, fishing and playing in the river and looking at the stars & Milky Way! Fantastic time to relax and recharge!

Amazing location and home!

Was easy to be lazy at this location! Everything you need is onsite or nearby. A hottub would have been the perfect addition but the natural flowing water feature is heavenly.

The Perfect Rental!

This property has the best views around! Backing right up to the river was simply fantastic! Super clean, great layout, well furnished decks and high end appliances. Hats off to the concierge, property contact and cleaning partners, they have truly made this trip wonderful!

Perfect vacation home for our family

We rented this house for our family of 7. It was absolutely amazing. Beautiful house and property and tons of space! This was the most well stocked vacation home we’ve ever stayed in , I really appreciated the pantry items! We loved eating out on the beautiful big deck listening to the river below! Getting in touch with the property manager was so easy and she was so helpful and kind! We would definitely stay here again!
