The location was so wonderful—we walked to everything. The beds were comfortable and it was well equipped. The kitchen is spacious and the living space has a wonderful view of the mountain. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The Western Hotel next door is fantastic too. The food there was amazing.

5 Stars!!! We loved our 2 nights at this location. It was exactly as described and a very nice property. The beds were very comfortable and they are generous with towels. It is central to the downtown and we walked to eat several times. You can also walk to the Ouray Perimeter trailhead if you are interested in hiking. Next time we are in town, we would love to stay here again!

Modern condo in the middle of Main St.

This spacious condo felt like it was just remodeled from the ground up. All appliances, fixtures, sheets, etc. felt brand new - as if we were the first people to stay there. The space was well stocked with toiletries, humidifiers, ice, etc. The building and entrance were clean and very safe. All restaurants and shops were just a stones throw away. I'd give this rental 10/10

Perfect mountain retreat

My wife and I enjoyed our week stay in Ouray and the surrounding area and this Vrbo was excellent! Walk to everything in town! We rented a jeep from the folks next door - they were great. Lots of good hiking in the area. I highly recommend this Vrbo.

A little tricky finding the key and getting into this property, but once we did, we enjoyed our stay here. Well decorated and comfortable. Close to downtown and a great view of the box Canyon sign! Only negative was the speed of the elevator, very slow!

Wonderful place to stay

This was our second time to stay in this condo, and our 8th trip to Ouray. It’s one of our favorite places to visit, and this condo is the perfect location. It’s very comfortable and has everything you need. It’s very walkable for the main road shops and restaurants and very close to the hot springs. The building has a very slow elevator, but it’s a nice perk to have one! Can’t wait to stay there again.

What a place! Updated condo/loft that was so great to stay in. Located downtown but has a great view of the mountains. Almost soundproof! I was worried about noise but we couldn't hear anything from the street. Very relaxing! A/C worked amazing too. Would love to stay here again.

Great Ouray getaway for two couples or small family

This is a terrific property and although it has only one bathroom, it is huge and plenty of room for someone to show and another to get ready. Nice laundry room and great industrial style decor. It looks just like the pictures.
