Love this apartment!!! This is a self check in and out but my request was accommodated very quickly. It’s very near the Juso station of the Hankyu line.. you walk through a covered street shopping area with a 7Eleven and family mart and about a 15min walk to a Donki. Would love to go back and stay there again next time I’m in Osaka

Great location. Great access to Shin-Osaka Station and Midosuji Line. Very nice Isakaya arround. Live neighborhood at the same time the apartments are very quiet. The only negative was the laundry machine. It was quite dirty inside and didn't wash the clothes properly but was very handy to have one in the room. You can hung your clothes to dry otside or in the washroom turning on the drying setting on the vent. (3 to 4 hours was enough to completely dry our clothes)

The place is quite small, it’s difficult to move around even only two person. The draw back is we only have one bath towel for each person for ten days stay, we asked for additional and they want to charge us additional fee?? 10 days is quite a long time without cleaning and additional sheets/towels!!

Very easy communication for checking in with free Wifi which was available at level 1. Advice to have more clothes hangers like 8 and hooks inside or outside the shower room. To hook the towel and clean clothes. Thank you for providing a clean and nice environment to stay. I will be back again.

Great base in Osaka!

The small apartment is a great base for exploring Osaka and surroundings. It’s next to a station that takes you to either Umeda or Shin station in two stops. Finding the place turned out to be a bit difficult for us so please do yourself the favour of reading the material provided by the caretaker very carefully before setting of! We didn’t cook in the flat, mainly because we found a great local Indian restaurant, India Curry Club, in the neighbourhood! But all you need for cooking is available and including a microwave oven and a kettle. The washing machine works perfectly fine and it’s easy to dry clothes on the drying rack in the balcony. The only thing we found missing was bedside lamps for reading because the light in the ceiling is rather bright! But that’s a minor improvement suggestion. The host reacted promptly to an email asking for fresh towel and a bed linen change. All in all, great value for money and a great stay away from too much of the neon lights down town!

Während meiner dreiwöchigen Japanreise hatte ich ursprünglich ein hochwertigeres Apartment gebucht, gebucht wurde die Zimmertyp 4 und bekommen habe ich die Zimmertyp 3 :-D wo jetzt der Fehler war kann ich nicht sagen, was ich erhalten habe war jedoch ein einfaches, billig wirkendes Zimmer mit minimaler Ausstattung. Die Klimaanlage machte nachts unangenehme Geräusche. Laut dem Hotel solle man dann das Zimmer für 15 Minuten lüften – aber wer macht das mitten in der Nacht, während man schläft? Der Wasserhahn war lose, den war schön am wackeln. Ein Messer war nicht ganz sauber ... Die Ausstattung war sehr spärlich: Es gab lediglich zwei Ikea-Tassen, und der Fernseher war ungünstig positioniert. Insgesamt hatte ich den Eindruck, dass es sich um ein Lockangebot handelte. Der reguläre Preis für vier Nächte lag bei rund 500 €, mit „Spezialrabatt“ bei 375 € – doch wofür? Nur eine Woche später sollte das gleiche Apartment für 245 € angeboten. Ich reise 4–5 Mal pro Jahr, doch selbst auf meiner dreiwöchigen Japanreise habe ich nirgendwo ein so schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erlebt.
