Disney Vacation

We had a great time! Check-in process was great, home was clean and stocked with necessary items. Neighborhood was in a great area and quiet.

Good rental unit, but poorly managed

Good location, close to disney and a few golf courses. The house is clean and well equipped. Totally unhapppy with the checking process and the company (MID Florida) managing the property. Check-in procedure was supposed to send out 3-days prior to arrival, but never happened. Had to request for the procedure at last minute thru VBRO to get someone from MID Florida on the phone who wanted full credit numbers in email even though my credit card statement already showed early payment to MID Florida a month early. Very strange. One of toilets handle was rusted and broke off. Request to MID Florida for repair was never answered.Will never rent any properties managed by MID Florida.

Just okay.

The mattresses are very hard in all the rooms, except the princess kids' room. Those mattresses are harder than hard. My daughter and I ended up splitting the couches, which are quite comfortable. The toilet in the master was dirty upon arrival and the pool was not clean. The garage is where the games are. The game room is dated. and there is no air, so you have to give it about a day to cool down. The air works great. The area seemed nice. We liked the sand volleyball courts, basketball, and pool area at the resort, which is a short walk from this house.

Family holiday 2024

The property exceeded our expectations. Photos did not do it justice. Well equipped with all the living essentials. Very comfortable bed in master bedroom. Lovely and clean complex. Would stay again Many thanks

Short Stay

We only stayed 5 nights, in town for soccer matches at the Champion Gate soccer fields. So the house is very close witch made our stay great. Bad news the team only won 2 out 5 games. House is great and security is very good.

Overall great house, with exceptions

The house could have been cleaner,but not a deal breaker. On the other hand, while the decor was somewhat dated, it didn't affect our enjoyment. The livingroom furniture though DID have a big impact on us because it is so worn out it was impossible to sit comfortably for any length of time. We all suffered with terrible back pain from it. Its definitely time to replace it. We would happily book this house again if the livingroom furniture & dining room chairs were replaced.

Family Disney trip

The house was great for our trip. It’s close enough to the parks and to Walmart. The kids enjoyed the pool on our no park days.

Overall a wonderful stay. However the a/c needed to be run for about 24 hours before the musty/mildew smell went away.

Exactly what we needed and didn’t even know it

Staying here worked out so great for our family in so many ways. We were initially planning on staying on site at a park property, but having our own space in rooms, being able to have a full kitchen, laundry, and more was so helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfect house for a family getaway

The house is as described. Mattresses were so comfortable, house was clean, pool was great, neighborhood is awesome and close to everything! Highly recommend! Also air conditioner was cold!!

Thanksgiving Trip to Disney!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property! It was super close to all the parks. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable which was great given the 17 miles a day we walked in the parks. The neighbors are friendly! We would definitely stay again!!

Great stay

The check in process was simple. Having a code for the door instead of a key to deal with is amazing. The house cleanliness was perfect!! The rooms are spacious. Having the private pool made our stay so nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. There were plenty of towels, blankets, sheets etc. I would’ve given 5 stars however, before we arrived we were notified that we wouldn’t have air the first night but the technicians would be out the next morning. With us getting in at midnight and having to get up early to let them in was kind of a hassle. The ac crew was wonderful and kind. Communication with the management staff was super. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are super friendly. The living room was so homey and comfortable with enough seating for us to relax. Great Wi-Fi and the cable/Netflix options gave us a variety do things to watch. They provide pool toys and towels which was a great plus. Our AC started messing up again on the second to last night we stayed and they were quick getting someone out. I would highly recommend this property and property management team for your universal/Disney stay.
