Before arriving we received an information pack with everything in we could possibly need along with instructions for property and local areas to travel shop etc. Kris the host was really helpful with any questions or issues we had while there. For example the freezer wasn’t freezing food very much and Kris sent someone out the very next morning. The villa is on a beautiful street and the pool was amazing. We paid for pool heat and also the pool lights up at night for late night swimming. The villa is in a prime position with the sun over the pool area all day. We had arranged a late checkout however someone had booked to arrive the day we left. Kris however refunded us our extra we paid for late check out and still honoured half of that time. We did find a lot of the areas in the house to be not very well cleaned. Such as sweets under the bed in the Disney room and lots of dust however was an easy sort for us to do. The games room was a total hit with having a pool table which we used daily. Didn’t actually play anything else as was distracted by the pool table. So much so we have ended up having to purchase a smaller one for home for our 8 year old son who enjoyed watching us play so much he cried about the pool table when we left. Hopefully he will get the courage to have a play himself. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

The villa is clean, quiet and accessible. The host is genuine. There are plenty of towels and my truest love here besides the pool, is/was that everything is labeled! We have stayed at several VRBO properties and I’ve always said, “Boy, I wish the switches were labeled!!!” Kris and family have it all mapped out for you. We enjoyed our stay in a very quiet villa.

Home location was in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything you need for a wonderful Orlando experience. A wonderful stay all around. Stayed here for 7 weeks and everything was perfect. House was very clean and comfortable to live in. Location is very good to get to the I-4 and is close to a lot of food spots and shops. Kris was very friendly and easy to communicate with and made the stay very easy.

Pool was wonderful, pool toys and plenty of seating around the pool. Inside was clean and enough room for 2 families to stay comfortably. Would definitely consider staying again if in the area. Owner communicated with us and made check in and check out process seem less.

Incredible Stay – It Had Everything and More!This holiday home in Florida was absolutely perfect for our trip. It had everything we needed and so many thoughtful extras that made our stay even better. The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up — truly a home away from home.We loved the private pool, and the fact that there were inflatables already there for us to use was such a nice touch! Having a hair dryer, washing machine, and tumble dryer made things so convenient — especially when traveling with kids. Every detail had been thought of, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfy beds and great outdoor space.The location was fantastic too, close enough to Disney, restaurants, and attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again — highly recommend! Thanks Kris!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is beautiful and in a great neighborhood, the pool is awesome the kids stayed in it the whole time just about. The owners are always available to communicate and answer any questions you may have. Self check in process is super easy. Everything you would need to stay a short stay or super long. Lots and lots of towels which definitely helps with the pool. Lots of stuff for the kids to keep busy without leaving the house. Just need your clothes! Very relaxing! Highly recommended! Will definitely stay again if we are coming back to the area!

Overall stay was wonderful. Nice clean home. Closer to disney than universal. pool was so awesome. Clean and fun. Step right out onto the patio and jump right in. Plenty of beds blankets towels and anything else you might need. I will definitely be booking again when I return to orlando.
