Beautiful condo and resort. Entire family loved it. Fully updated!!

Check in process, flawless. Location, perfect! Huge Pool was 2 seconds away, massive and warm. Condo was beautiful. Rockers on balcony were great to kick back on. We went to Disney a few days and kicked back at the resort a few days so overall had a great time!! Only thing we felt like there could’ve been more towels on site along with toiletries and detergent. Ice maker didn’t work so grabbed a bag at Walgreens which was a minute away. Made a call and received more towels and sheets right away though. Didn’t want to sound nit picky bc we loved it and will definitely stay again. Just wanted to give a thorough review. Oh and the cable cut out during the last 2 minutes of the Super Bowl which was really weird but came on in Overtime lol Great Place!!!

Family Trip

This property was perfectly suited for our family of 5 which includes 3 teenagers. It was very clean and the rental hosts answered my questions in a timely manner. The living room area had enough seating for the whole family to sit comfortably. We also enjoyed the convenience of the surrounding area.

Spacious and great location

This 3rd floor condo is spacious and very convenient to the convention center. Bath and pool towels as well as starter soaps and trash bags were provided as stated in the description. The pool is big and, while you are unable to bring outside drinks into the pool area (they watch closely), there are numerous chairs and umbrellas and a poolside restroom. The pool area also has a little arcade for the kids and a DJ came twice the week we were there! We would definitely stay here again for an event at the convention center. We could have walked there if we wanted to!

Very clean property in nice location not far from I-drive and Convention Center

We used this property as a base for three of us from the same company who were attending a convention in Orlando. This condo is in great shape with full kitchen, fridge, laundry and lots of room to hang out. Definitely recommend! Oh and a fabulous pool doesn’t hurt! Nearby Walgreens and Publix for all your food and beverage needs.

Amazing Orlando Condo

My husband and I made a last-minute decision to go to Orlando for a few days and were very fortunate to reserve this beautiful condo. This was our 4th time staying at the Vista Cay resort but the first time in one of condos managed by Lin and Geoff. The pictures and reviews of Poolside Charm are very accurate! From the moment we stepped into the spacious and beautifully decorated unit, we knew that any future Vista Cay visits would be at this or another of the condos they manage. We felt welcomed from the moment we made the reservation to when we checked out. Lin provided helpful information about the condo, resort, and surrounding area both online and in a notebook in the condo. The beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable, the rocking chairs on the large porch were a nice touch, and the condo was immaculate (clean!). Our questions were answered quickly and in a way that demonstrated the respect and care that Lin and Geoff have for their guests. For those not familiar with the Vista Cay resort, it is a gated community with several amenities on site and is within walking distance to a large grocery store and some great local restaurants. It has easy access to theme parks, restaurants, and shopping but we enjoyed simply hanging out at the heated pool and hot tub just steps away from the condo. Overall, Poolside Charm and its hosts deserve a 5+. We look forward to returning to Orlando for an extended visit in 2024 in one of Lin and Geoff's condos !

Amazing!

This property was perfect for our family getaway. So much room and plenty of space for everyone. There was plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The resort was clean and the pool was perfect. Location was great too, we were close to I-drive and all the restaurants and could easily get to the turnpike if needed.

Mini Vacation

Great experience with this condo. One minor hitch, cleaning people were still in cleaning our room at 4:00 pm. They let us put our stuff in the room and when we returned at 4:30 room was done.

Rented two properties for big family. Good central location for sea world, discovery cove, aquatics and universal. Check in was as easy as walking in and putting the door code in. Fully equipped for what we needed. Kids liked the amenities.

Pool Side 5012 Unit 301

Unit was accurately photographed and described in listing. Kitchen essentials were in place and well prepared. Ice maker (essential in Orlando Summer!) worked. :) Unit has been a vacation home for some time. My experience with these is with many people using a unit over time, the wear and tear is excelerated. Deep cleaning seems to take a backseat when you can earn $ renting the unit for a week or weekend. We had a pleasant stay and the unit was closely positioned to the pool and gym which was important to us. Enjoyed the layout and split bedroom concept. Codes worked and checking was a breeze. Overall, worth it!

Beautiful condo!

We were so happy to have discovered this gorgeous condo. It was a true oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby theme parks. Our family had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful and very clean with all the necessary amenities and more. We loved the location, right next to the pool area.
