This place was great - spacious, very clean, quiet, perfect for us. Parking was right outside the front door of the building each day. The place had everything we needed. We had a little trouble figuring out the dishwasher, but through trial and error figured it out. Plenty of hot water, and we did not notice any garbage smells as others had mentioned. The common pool was great, as was the hot tub. I have nothing but good things to say and would absolutely return!

The check in was fast, got the information email on time.The only problem in all floors is the garbage smell from the bins. We have stayed at this location many times and it's the same smell.

We received clear communication for access points unto the property and apartment. The apartment was spotless, very well appointed and my grandkids enjoyed the property and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Great property

The condo was spacious and clean. Because it’s an end unit it was quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Close to the convention center and we were able to use the pool often which has been updated. Online there’s a picture of the balcony facing the lake. I think this misrepresents as this condo is not directly on the lake as others are. Also, there was a slight delay in getting the email to pay for the condo. Other than that all good.

Stay for Volleyball

The property was great. No problems with communication. They answered my emails very prompt. Great place to stay if you have something at the OCCC. The only thing I would say the condo needed was more kitchen tools if you plan on cooking while there.

Great location to OCCC

We stayed for the AAU volleyball tournament. We could easily walk to the North and South Concourse. West Concourse was a drive. Great location to Universal. Very clean, well maintained neighborhood.

Spacious Accommodations

Really good sized property. Clean and spacious with a separate living room and an open family room. *Don’t missed the elevator at the main entrance as a couple in my party did, only finding it after carrying luggage up to the 4th floor.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful. We had more than enough space for ourselves and 2 children. The rooms are very spacious and we wish we actually stayed longer. It is close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. We will definitely be renting again from this homeowner.

Great place!

There were 6 of us staying at the condo. It was perfect for our family. Very spacious & clean. The only problem we really had was it was a rather lengthy walk to the grocery store so carrying groceries was difficult. The washer wasn’t working properly but it wasn’t a big deal. I sent the property manager an email & did get a promo response. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome as always!

We always try to work through VRBO for these trips and never have a complaint. My only snag was that at 9am instead of 10am, the door lock reset. That caused me to lose a few minutes packing our car. Still though, the on call management sent me a new code immediately so we were able to get back in. This has happened before and I think it might be the DST adjustment. No harm done and our stay was perfect!

Good short stay

Property was clean. Two problems washer was old an dial did not work properly. Manager came and showed how to start it. WIFI worked for 1 day and could not used the rest of the stay. Otherwise very good stay.

What did not work

Great size and loved the location. Home was nice and comfortable. Water for Refrigerator did not work except for first day. Response to this when text for service was, We are sorry but the line freezes up. The ice works but, sorry about water. Did not think that was OK!!!
