The room was clean. The every other day housekeeping didn't actually exist, it was twice trash was taken out over a 7 night stay and a stack of damp towels was left on my bed one other day. The pool is NOT heated as we learned and the Pool Bar is actually where they serve breakfast despite being listed as a pool bar amenity. I mean it's a physical bar, at the pool, but not a "pool bar". Staff was amazing. Shuttle to theme parks needs improvement between the timing and the 5 - 8 signs everywhere you look on the silent bus asking for tips "they're a major part of the driver's salary". However the bus is 3rd party. Breakfast food could use some work. Everything seemed either over done or not done enough

Check in area was clean. Once we got in room there was a musty smell and room needed additional cleaning. Lights started to flicker on & off and TV went off. This happened 3 times. . When to bathroom and floor was wet, saw ceiling was leaking around light fixture. Talked to manager who was very nice and understanding. He processed a refund.

Although we were given an information sheet at check-in explaining that rooms were cleaned every three days and that we could request daily cleaning at the front desk, this option was not honored. Additionally, the breakfast was very basic and the options did not change during the four days we stayed at the hotel.
