The room was clean. The every other day housekeeping didn't actually exist, it was twice trash was taken out over a 7 night stay and a stack of damp towels was left on my bed one other day. The pool is NOT heated as we learned and the Pool Bar is actually where they serve breakfast despite being listed as a pool bar amenity. I mean it's a physical bar, at the pool, but not a "pool bar". Staff was amazing. Shuttle to theme parks needs improvement between the timing and the 5 - 8 signs everywhere you look on the silent bus asking for tips "they're a major part of the driver's salary". However the bus is 3rd party. Breakfast food could use some work. Everything seemed either over done or not done enough

First room they placed us in was smelling asked for another room .The next room smell wasn’t too bad but the bathroom had mold on the walls. Breakfast was horrible they literally heated up eggs in the microwave and served us so that definitely wasn’t real eggs the sausages wasn’t even cooked well the pool didn’t worked for the five days we were there they claimed they were working on it I would never recommend this place then they had a resort fee which wasn’t worth it it felt like a Motel not a resort
That was the mold on the ceiling should have taken one of the walls

The photos online are extremely misleading This is a cheap, low quality motel at best. No other outlets other than 1 plug on each side of head of bed No lights other than one near door, leaving rest of room dark and mirror unusable as you can’t see anything Deadbolt broken Water all over floor from fridge Tv volume doesn’t work Sink not draining properly Walls paper thin, extremely loud Smelled heavily of marjuana Beds uncomfortable Pool freezing, not heated as advertised making it unusable Couch filthy couldn’t even sit on it Shower didn’t work

The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. Overall, though, the hotel felt more like a motel. I also didn’t like the curtains—they were blackout-only, so you either had to keep them closed all day or risk people walking by being able to see into the room. Because of that, spending time in the room during the day wasn’t very enjoyable.

The rooms appear to be newly renovated but in the cheapest way possible. Rooms overlooked the intestate and noise was an issue. Definitely could have been cleaner. Guests below us had an altercation and about 10 cops with guns drawn descended on our building. Not a fault of the hotel but definitely an indicator of who’s choosing to stay there.
