At check in, they charged me double than what was indicated on the Orbitz’ site. At checkout, the paperwork provided showed the right amount. I’m currently waiting on my bank statement for confirmation on amount charged. After a long first day in Orlando, we came to a “totally clean” room. I mean, for some discrepancy on the system, they thought the room was vacant and proceeded to pack all of my stuff and threw away all of my food. Only good thing, nothing aside from the food was missing. The bag was labeled and dropped off by the front desk.

Clean room and very nice outdoor space for groups or just anyone to relax and hang out. A cheap and quick uber ride to the universal parks. Breakfast is what you would expect for the price- get there early to avoid the lines

Additional fees were charged once I got to the hotel. They say that they were not included in the money I paid to Expedia. In addition, the hotel does advertise that they offer a shuttle to universal however, the shuttle is limited to two times a day so you’re literally stuck at the park all day long.

I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located next to all of the Universal parks for a very good price and free parking. I was a little concerned after booking after reading the reviews, I tend to book nicer stays, but decided to continue with it and was pleasantly surprised! The rooms you can tell were recently remodeled with modern touches and accents. The room was clean, no weird smells, the bed was very comfy and had nice, plush linens. The floor was a bit scuffed up and dirty, but wasn't a major concern as long as the beds checked out. This place is massive with a lot of rooms, and I have zero noise complaints! The breakfast was mediocre, but still nice to offer. I saw eggs, sausage patties, a waffle making station. I only tried the eggs and sausage patty which were OK, but on par with the vibes there. I really love that they offer a free shuttle from their hotel to the parks! I had to check out a day early and they gave me a refund on the last night. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back for the parks!

First, there are hotel charges that I was not expecting. Second, the part of the hotel facing the main avenue is extremely noisy due to traffic, making it hard to sleep. You can also hear people talking in the corridors. I saw people smoking marijuana on the property and women hanging underwear on the railings. I contacted Expedia about these issues, but their response was that they couldn’t do anything. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
