The room was clean. The every other day housekeeping didn't actually exist, it was twice trash was taken out over a 7 night stay and a stack of damp towels was left on my bed one other day. The pool is NOT heated as we learned and the Pool Bar is actually where they serve breakfast despite being listed as a pool bar amenity. I mean it's a physical bar, at the pool, but not a "pool bar". Staff was amazing. Shuttle to theme parks needs improvement between the timing and the 5 - 8 signs everywhere you look on the silent bus asking for tips "they're a major part of the driver's salary". However the bus is 3rd party. Breakfast food could use some work. Everything seemed either over done or not done enough

Marteen made our stay incredibly memorable the rooms were perfect and clean. The beds were one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in my life. Everything was great. I received five star customer service from Marteen. I will definitely be back when in Orlando.

The room wasn’t fully clean, and didn’t feel totally safe. The resort fee charged to pay for the shuttle and breakfast however the shuttle ran only once in the morning and and at night at bad times, the breakfast was lacking.
