Disappointing

This property was not misrepresented in any way, however, the overall experience was not the best. First, although the residence is not listed as handicap accessible it would only make sense that at least on the first floor the shower door be able to open ALL the way and allow for ease of reach to the towel that yhe individual hung there. Our suggestion... move the towel rack to allow the shower to open fully and eliminate the potential for a broken glass door. The one positive about the bathroom was that it came with exfoliating towels! They were so rough the first time we used them i swear it felt like sand paper. Second, sheets that actually fit the bed. Our bed was a gueen but clearly a set of king sheets was used. Third, the lighting in the pool area was less than significant. If you didnt want the pool used at night just say so. Also there was a whole in the screen of the lania which allowed for bugs etc. Fourth, the resort itself. This was our first stay at storey lake and honesty I found it to be less of an experience than at a previous stay at another similar local resort. Most disappointing was the lazy river. And the pool was not the least bit refreshing. It was extremely warm stepping into it. Though I can appreciate it not being shockingly cold it was literally hot. Breeding ground for germs and bacteria. I hope all future guests have a better experience

Great place to stay enjoyed it. It would be nice to have two lounge chairs near the pool to lay in the sun.

Good place

Nice place convenient to everything private pools and ice but the two lounge chairs need to be fixed. They weren’t fixed the whole time we were there.

Wonderful

We had a great time at this property. Check in process was easy. The house was very very clean. Absolutely amazing, Beautiful home, beautiful location, wonderful host. We enjoyed our stay at this house very much. The location of this house is very convenient, near parks, shopping malls and restaurants. The storey lake resort was beautiful and nice. Quick response from the management team Funstay Homes. We would definitely stay at this home again when in orlando.

Nice house in the Best Location

We stayed 9 days and did not have any major issues. The house is nice and extremely clean, we were a family of 9 and got well accommodated in the 5 bedrooms. The check in was easy in the house but a long disorganized line at the security gate. The furniture is simple, the mattresses are old and the appliances worn, but we did not spent much time indoors. We had to buy some towels because there were not enough for all of us, and so some kitchen gadgets (new scissors and cutlery), but it was a minor. We were informed about the provisions before traveling so it is not a complaint. The pool has a good size for relaxing after a long day at the parks. The kids enjoyed a lot. This location is the best for parks, shopping and very convenient for travelling. We had stayed before in other properties and sure would stayed back on this. The manager provided good information and support during our stay. Had a great time!

Great choice for your Orlando vacation!

Our family of 6 booked this home for 5 days and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The home was clean and spacious. And the price was great for a home this size. The decor and furnishings were nice and everyone felt like they had their own space and could relax and retreat from one another when needed. The resort was beautiful and the pool/water park was fabulous. The kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed every day we spent there. Our family hung out at the pool/water park on the days in between going to Sea World. The lazy river was so relaxing after a long hot day at the amusement parks. The homeowner was quick to respond with any questions we had regarding the home. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Orlando.
