Property was great and neighborhood. Didn't like the constant hassle from the guards

Great stay at the property. Didn't care for guards at the main entrance with members listed on the rental. In summary my guests were listed on the house but had several run ins when leaving and returning. I wouldn't rent from that location again.

Nightmare property management

The house is great. Whoever owns it picked a beautiful spot. The house is in desperate need of someone to look after it. No glasses. Not enough silverware. One pot and pan. No oven mitts or towels or ANYTHING. Hot tub is only same temp as pool. BBQ is broken. They charge a fortune to eat by the pool. It’s a close walk though. This house has nothing and everything is broken or close to broken. Beware if your coming soon. You will need to buy a lot. Oh one more thing. The gate is brutal. They don’t send you enough passes. And the check regularly. We were are at the gate for 4 hours one night to get in

Gorgeous home

Such an amazing and beautiful home. Our original home that we booked was canceled a week before the trip by the owner. We were forced to find something that accommodated 13 people and a dog last minute! We were hesitant on this home due to previous reviews but went with it as there were not many options. This home was way beyond our expectation. Super clean, tons of space, it is listed as 8 bed 4 bath but there are actually 5 full bathrooms. There is a theatre room with an air hockey table and a full game room in the garage. Pictures and description does not do justice!! Would definitely stay here with my family again!

The House Was Nice...

Beds were uncomfortable. Check in process was not easy and consisted of me dealing with getting parking passes for over 24 hours of my vacation. The property is about a 45-1 hour drive from the parks due to traffic. The pool and hot tub were the best. Just not what I expected... Customer service time on the phone about 30 minutes with a problem.

Enjoyable with a few problems

Everything was ok but there were some pest problems (a few ants in the kitchen cabinets and on countertop, two roaches in downstairs bathroom crawled out of vent on two different nights) The dryer didn’t work and smelled like smoke when we attempted to turn it on. Someone was sent out the day before we left. We had to air dry our swimsuits, trunks, and towels. The “hot” tub was lukewarm. The pool was warmer than the hot tub. Other than those minor things the house was enjoyable! Champions Gate was amazing!

Not Blissful

Was not clean. Had to keep shoes on at all times due to dirty floors. No cable or WiFi for 3 days which had everyone stressed out especially the college grandkids that had assignments to submit. Most of the Mattresses were terribly uncomfortable. One side Toaster didn’t work no can opener. Latch was missing on ice maker door. Towel and toilet paper holders were all loose. Tolit paper would not stay on holder. Chairs and especially the couch downstairs were extremely uncomfortable. No bath/wash clothes period. Stated limited cleaning supplies but there was none. We stayed on the phone for hours with management during the first 3 days it was very stressful. I realize the office staff cannot make decisions but higher management could. They are suppose to refund the cleaning fee. We found out through research that this house is up for sale so apparently they don’t care

Great neighborhood! Nice size home for family!

The villa is nice and comfortable, however we found it dirty !!! Especially the kitchen!!! 100% not disinfected!!!! It was terrible! I had to clean the whole kitchen refrigerator inside and outside ! I fount grains of rice on the counter top. A cup with juice in the master bedroom, things in a drawer and more!!!! The housecleaning manager was very attentive on the phone (daian) o thank her for that but no one can change the fact I Campton vacation and had to clean!! Especially during a pandemic!!!!! Also few little things were broken and it took a week for maintenance to come switch bulbs! The master bedroom mattress was also terrible. The rest were good! I love staying in champions Gate and the house had great potential with better maintenance and more PROFESSIONAL CLEANING it can be a great villa for a family on vacation!!
