Sleep Inn & Suites Orlando International Airport

Does a good job at the basics of clean, comfortable and quiet room for a low cost. The breakfast staff is very fast at clearing out the breakfast food the end time. The morning after our stay, breakfast was to end at 9am and they had the food cleared by 9:03am! So do not get to breakfast at the last minute like we did.

Close enough to the airport and not too far from downtown Orlando.... pleasant stay for a great price!

The hostess Jeffrey R was great very polite and his smile was very warming when you enter into the hotel. Only fault with the hotel the carpets in the hallway should be replaced or just no carpet throughout because it had an smell that’s not pleasant but the rooms are great. I will use the hotel again. Please give Jeffrey a recommendation certificate because he was great very mannered. Ty for the hospitality

The Sleep Inn met our needs and was clean and comfortable. We needed a place to stay the night before a flight and it was perfect. We would stay there again!!

It smelled old. There was rust on the bathroom fixtures. Stains on the tub, just nasty. Smelled like old and wet dog.

We stayed for one night, and the place seems close enough to airport and convenient to anywhere we want to go around the airport. Nice customer service and nice breakfast..

Hotel is convenient location to tbe airport. Hotel bit rin down on the interior side of things. Had everthing you need staff was helpful and friendly. Pool area was nice. The rooms need updating.

pool was being worked on. the breakfast staff failed to show up for work leaving the desk attendant to make breakfast and check out the guests. the breakfast was not ready at 6am.

Loved that the pillows smelt of lavender made for a great nights sleep. Very friendly staff.

Room was good beds were good also comfy. Carpet was a little dirty. Had to wash my grandson's knees. Door to bathroom needed a good cleaning and the sink was stopped up. Otherwise hotel was nice.

Great location between airport and convention center; affordable and very clean. Highly recommend.

We selected the Sleep Inn because it was advertised as convenient to the airport with a free shuttle. We were arriving in the evening and leaving from the airport relatively early in the morning. It seemed like a reasonable price and FREE SHUTTLE. We called for the shuttle and then proceeded to wait and wait. We called after a half hour for an ETA and were told the shuttle was just about there. Other customers were also gathered there; we heard other customers call to check. The shuttle finally came after an hour. It was shared among 4 different hotels. Meanwhile other hotel shuttles arrived with the same driver multiple times.

I had to give a credit card in case i stoled anything and it was compromised. This was the ONLY place my card was used and 2 days later in orlando where i was my card number was being used for purchases. Somehow my number was kept and being used. After 2 purchases it was frozen and 2 more charges where atempted I called there and they say 6 cameras on their staff.

Stayed there one night before an early flight out. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast the next am was good and ready at 6am

I like the location because is close to the airport and Florida mall but.. the hallways were dirty, the towels dirty and 1 staff was rude while checking in. But some other staff were nice. I was expecting more because of the ratings.

I was told that I would get credit for 4 nights even though I checked out 5 nights early. As of now I have seen this credit on my charge card. I also have not been give credit for the nights stayed on the choice awards account. This is why I stayed at Choice.

Although the sleeping isn't a five-star property, the room I had was quite acceptable and overall very spacious. It had two queen beds and a sofa area That made the room really a suite. Other guests were craftsmen and laborers in to work after Irma hit the city. All were nice. My let down was breakfast. It was dismal with cold eggs, dried up sausages, and no coffee. (Asked for more to be made). Thank goodness I could make a waffle. The property is average but acceptable, even to this frequent traveler used to 4 and 5 star. Just fix breakfast or eat at Waffle House next door.

I booked this one night reservation before the hurricane. My airline, condo and car all got cancelled and refunded. When I tried to deal with this hotel and thru Orbitz, they denied any type of refund saying that since the hurricane had passed I can now use my reservation. I'm from Ohio and they expected me to come to Florida for one night so I could spend my night in their hotel. I will never ever book anything again thru Sleep Inn or anything in their chain and would not recommend them to anyone. They were unwilling to work with me in any way.

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast area was really crowded, so we skipped it. Parking was limited and we had to park along the curb, which made me a little nervous with cars backing out of spaces towards the side of my car.

It was nice and confy. Rooms were bug..bed was confortable. Breakfast was decent. No complaints there. The staff howecer were horrible. I mean they werent nasty but no smiles, no small talk, borderline rude. If they dont like working there then they should do something else. They are on a service undustry.
