Great community, Not a great stay
The community was great. The issues we had with the condo we communicated to the managing company. There was a long list of issues including 2 out of 3 patio chairs broken, toaster broken, broken master blind, much more. Their responses was sorry and thanks for the list. Number one issue was the beds mattresses were very cheap and felt like we were sleeping on springs. We were there 9 days and I had to sleep in one of the kids single beds because it hurt so bad. They need new BETTER mattresses and pillows first thing. Pillows with stainsAlso another roll toilet paper. There was no “excellence” and just seemed like everything was the most inexpensive version they could get. Very disappointed with the condo.

Great location, no access to pool
This was a perfect place for kids. Close to all parks and beautiful clubhouse. But we were not allowed to use the clubhouse (pool, putt putt, etc) due to a miscommunication between the HOA and the owner. It took hours to straighten out, leaving 3 upset kids waiting to use the pool.
Great condo but missing a few things that were necessary for a family if 5, like broom or vacuum for the tile floors, mixing bowls and measuring cups.
