Second time staying here, never had any problems! Room is awesome and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like with this stay was that I asked for an extension to stay a little later and the room cleaning people came and kept knocking and wanting us to leave. I didn't like that.

This was our second stay here. This place is great. Perfect location, close to everything. Huge rooms, beautiful grounds. We will return.

Great place. Checkout is too early at 10 AM, despite Being rbitz displaying that it is at 11.

Excellent place to stay. Thought because it was owned by Diamond Resorts that we might get hassled into a timeshare spiel, but that didn't happen. Wasn't even asked. Spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly. I would stay here again if I weren't moving to the area but I would definitely recommend it for you.

After the positive reviews, I was disappointed to see that the hotel felt and looked very tired, dirty and dated. The kitchen counters had a lot of wear and some visual damage, for example. The master bedroom has no nightstands or nearby access to outlets to charge your phone or use devices. There was one outlet in the center of the room, but the outlets were damaged and wouldn't hold my charger. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. Yes, this may be labeled as a "First World problem", but when you're paying good money to stay somewhere that is equally priced to way better resorts, it's quite a let down. The second bedroom was very warm, despite the vent being fully opened. My relatives were breaking a sweat during the night and also had no convenient access to an electrical outlet. Overall, I would not recommend this property. Polynesian Isles resort is similarly priced and way cleaner and more updated. I wished I would have booked that place instead, but it's a lesson learned.

Good hotel close to Disney, enough room for family of 5

Loved the resort. Small and quaint in comparison to other resorts. Could use a little TLC but I’d still give it Five Stars!

This resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The price was cheaper than the lowest cost room at Disney, and the accommodations were enormous and stocked with every amenity one could hope for, from washer and dryer right down to plates and silverware. Two spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The place was bigger and better equipped than most apartments. My family could comfortably live in those accommodations, that's how ideal they were.

Close to Disney and other activities. Very nice facilities, pool, sometimes with live music, nice nature trail boardwalk. Can easily walk to several nice restaurants.. I will stay here again.

We usually stay here when we come to Orlando. It's great for the price and roomy!

You can not beat the price and value. We always stay at a diamond resort and this is the first time at this location. very roomy and clean. Great value. we will stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Very clean and cozy place, will be back again next year

This was a timeshare resort, but they aren't pushy about you going to the events. I just checked in and skipped the other room where they try to get you to sign up for a timeshare. The rooms were excellent, the resort fee was only 9 dollars and I consider that to be really low. My husband and I really enjoyed this hotel. It was close to everything including food. We had a great time at this resort and will definitely be back!

This is a really great place to stay if you have a family! It's really spacious and it super clean! We enjoyed our stay!

Very accommodating! Willing to go the extra mile.

Great location, the pool was really warm, the unit was very spacious and clean, excellently equipped, walgreens panera and etc in walking distance

All was good - check-in was fast, the people were friendly, and the room was clean and in good condition. We visited for business and have stayed here in the past, but really this hotel is ideal for families seeking a comfortable place to spend their holidays.

We really enjoyed our stay at Parkway. I have to be honest in saying we only used our room and did not even venture to the pool or other recreational areas. The room was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, though a wine bottle opener would have been extra nice since we forgot ours. I loved the screened patio in the mornings and evenings. For those saying the decor is outdated, I can agree but that's the charm and theme of it. You do realize that if hotels have to constantly upgrade furniture, decor, and kitchen appliances, you will be paying much more for your visit. The price was amazing for us considering location and space. We stayed in building B and it is quiet and convenient to enter and exit since it is the first one. Prob not the closest to the pool but like I said, we weren't using it. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are lots of dining options nearby. We are at Panera, Chipotle, and Five Guys right across the street. We will definitely visit again!

The stay was fine. Nothing worth bragging about. I know it's a room that you rent, but the amenities were something you would find at a really cheap hotel.

Roomy, clean, all necessities provided . Reasonable rates.
