We had a very comfortable stay at this home. Check-in was seamless, and the free on-site parking was a convenient bonus. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant visit. While the patio/balcony was on the smaller side, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive and helpful throughout. No major issues during our stay, and we’d definitely recommend this place to others.

Uncomfortable furniture

The management company did their part in making the stay comfortable. The only complaint is the furniture is terrible. The beds are good but the couch is unbearable. The furniture at Orange County Convention Center is more comfortable. We were in town for a volleyball tournament so we had a lot of down time in the condo. It was not enjoyable to set in the living room.

Pick somewhere else to stay! This is not a 5 star home.

I picked this home because it had 5 star reviews but I realized after that they were external reviews and I don’t know why I cannot read the reviews but it’s not available. I would never stay here ever again. The home is filthy and is full of dust and cockroaches. My husband found 2 cockroaches and then the third crawled out of my daughter’s popcorn bowl. The bathroom fans are filthy, the windows and doors are filthy, the dust on all of the window treatments, fridge, and light fixtures is thick and very noticeable. You cannot open the primary window. The floors upon arrival had debris left. There was some sort of pet stain I would assume on the carpet floor that was not cleaned. The inside of the stove was dirty, the exterior of the appliances were dirty, the stove or microwave under mount light did not work, the two kettles had rust in the base which could not be used. The glasses were filthy. The list goes on. I did notify the VRBO host of the issues and all they said was, thank you for letting me know - I will let the cleaners know. On top of this, the neighbour on Christmas Eve from morning until Christmas day evening blared the radio so loud you could hear it in between the paper thin walls. This unit is on the main floor so you could also hear every move the neighbour above makes. I should have left after the first night.
