This gated community, resort fee of $20 per family covering parking and access to pool and facilities is paid at front desk. Pics are great compared to actual propert. When we got there it was dusty..stale...and could have been cleaner and better prepped. There was a closet in the upstairs bedroom..i assume owners supply closet...that was open and NASTY!! Open bags of chips and so on. see pic! couldnt open blinds due to mold on windows!! the beds were all very uncomfortable!! there was no kitchen towels or pot holders. handsoaps half empty...air filter NASTY! a/c froze up.just not what i have ever experienced!! also there was a resort fee of 20 per day...the add said all fees included on VRBO.... AFTER i paid i got the email from host and it said 20 per day resort fee paid upon check in. all in all.. after i cleaned up some we had a good stay. resort and staff nice and no issues on that part.

Excellent Communication

My host was an amazing communicator prior to, during and after our stay. The property was clean and well cared for. The resort staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament just down the road and the boys loved to be able to spend time with their teammates that stayed at the same resort. We will return again to this property next time we are in town!
