Bare Bones

Check in process was awful, make sure you have everything from them prior to arriving. We landed at 4pm on the day of check in, I sent the property manager a message on VRBO through the app asking for check in details. They never got back to me. We were sitting in our vehicle in the dark, at the security gate with our 2 small children in the car waiting for hours. The property manager didn't send us check in information until THE NEXT DAY at 5:40am. The house was tidy but absolutely bare bones. One of the chairs at the kitchen island was broken (seat fell off when my daughter went to sit on it) the dishwasher looked really dirty and the kitchen sink plugs were both missing the pegs so we couldn't wash dishes we had to use the dishwasher. The BBQ did not have a propane bottle and looked like it was just tossed in the corner of the garage. All the pots and pans in the house were destroyed and should be thrown out, considering the teflon on all of them was completely scratched and worn. They could really spend a 100 and get some new kitchen wear. We've stayed at plenty of VRBO properties and this was the barest of all of them all. Their were 2 reclining lawn chairs outside and 1 of them was torn to shreds, things like this should be thrown out. I don't see a point in roasting this listing BUT come prepared. This property needs updates.

Great Home for Vacation!

I had a large family with small kids stay here for vacation! We enjoyed the house and pool. We utilized the resort as well! Great location to many things you can do!

Photos shown appear to be a bit deceiving. While it was a nice place it could use some updates. Master bed felt old and wasn't comfortable. The cleanliness was also subpar.

Family vacation 2025

I will say that some of the pictures online did not match what the house actually looks like. The house is not bad, but it definitely could use some renovations. Upon check in, I had to reach out to the property manager for the code to the gate because it was not send prior to our arrival. Management did get back to me with the check in information fast but still that was a little inconvenient. The house was clean to a certain extent. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen were pretty neat but after about 5 or so minutes the tops of my 9 month olds feet were black from the floor not being completely clean. The property had a crib and highchair which was very convenient with having an infant. And the property was very close to Disney and all of the other theme parks. It was also very nice to have the pool and lazy river on site of the property. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay!

Time away

The house was nice very convenient to just about anything. Only real complaint is parking the family in the house next to us had a sprint van and parked it in front of two garages and when we parked in front of our unit we blocked him in think you need to provide more guidance on how where you should park larger vehicles I have a large svu so i understand parking challenges. I'd stay here again though!!!

Property owner a pleasure to work with but area is not so great.

We paid for early check in at 1pm. We got there at 2:30pm and the cleaning lady was still there. Cleanliness of the property wasn’t that great. There wasn’t a lot of dishes, utensils, etc to work with. There was garbage and broken things in the garage. The dishwasher and dryer both were broken. The one gate to enter the property was broken. The pool was very small at the house, but the kids did enjoy the pool on property.

Great Location for a Family Trip

This was a great location for our family trip for 12. The home was spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood had a pool with a separate kids area. There was also a lazy river and a kids activity room that was open during the day. Our rental had its own pool, which you could request to be heated. This was great for the kids with us who enjoyed swimming even after the larger neighborhood pool closed. We were in a great shopping area as well at about 15 minutes from lots of stores and restaurants.The host was very communicative and made the check in and check out process very easy. We would definitely rent this location again!

Great Spring break getaway...

Property is very spacious & comfortable... amazing spot to vacation with the family. Community has lots of amenities & is very well kept. Definitely enjoyed our time here. We look forward to vacationing here again in the future.

Comfortable 5BR with water park steps away

We loved staying here in Feb. The highlight has to be the great pool just steps away with beautiful heated water, a lazy river, giant kids zero depth play area, drinks and food purchase area, exercise room and great views of the lake just outside the pool area. Many rentals have long lines at the gate but this community never had a line. The location is close to Disney and has some wonderful restaurants nearby. You can get on the 429 6 miles above I4 which saves so much time. We would love to stay her again.
