Loved our stay at World

My husband, daughter and I stayed for 6 nights at this rental. We have stayed at Vista Cay before and already knew we like the location. The unit was exactly as it looks in the photos and the listing detail was highly accurate. Checking in was a breeze and the one time I had a question I had an answer within minutes. The unit itself is very nicely decorated. The furniture is comfortable, the mattresses were high quality and made for excellent sleeping. The towels were better than we normally see in a rental as well. There was a welcome basket upon arrival with some snacks and drinks. Such a nice touch! The unit is well stocked with dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and even had laundry items, which was nice. Everything you need to stay in and cook as well as a whole binder of info on the unit and the area. The only negative is the balcony (lanai?) faces the parking lot. The patio furniture is very nice and we did enjoy sitting out there for morning coffee and evening drinks. You can see the new Universal Resort from the balcony, which looks pretty cool. Overall, a very successful stay. We would definitely choose this unit again and very highly recommend it.

After Hurricane Milton!!

The condo was exactly as you see in the pictures - clean and comfy for our entire party. We had a bit of a snag as we arrived early and the lock is time driven, but communicating with the representative was quick and painless! Further communication during the stay was welcome so that nothing was able to go awry (the lock hub experienced an issue, but with quick communication it did not turn into a problem). We appreciated the many "starter" items that were provided, including dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, and sufficient paper products/garbage bags for our entire stay. I would highly recommend this unit for families looking for a place to stay in the Orlando area!

Loved this property. This was our 3rd stay in Vista Cay. Preferred this penthouse to the other 2 properties we previously stayed at. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. So comfortable and well appointed with necessities. Loved the welcome basket as we came in! We had everything we needed traveling with our two adult kids. Everyone had their own space. The penthouse is spotless and very well maintained. A 15 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and/or to the Islands of Adventure. I will definitely stay at this property again the next time we are in Orlando!!

This unit at Vista Cay was perfect for our two families. We were in town for the volleyball tournament. Our proximity to the convention center was great. The unit was spacious and comfortable. Will definitely stay again in the future!

This place is wonderful. We have rented from VRBO for a very long time and usually multiple times a year. This by far was the easiest rental we have done. Check in was smooth. Directions were clear. When we entered the condo, the place smelled clean and was clean. And, this is the FIRST place that had everything! I didn’t have to run to the store for essentials. They provided it all(paper towels, trash bags, Kleenex, toilet paper laundry supplies and a cute little welcome basket filled with snacks). The beds were super comfortable and the towels were extra large, soft and fluffy. Quiet environment and plenty of parking. Near all major attractions in Orlando. Check out was also super easy. All we had to do was put the towels in the laundry. No stripping beds or washing everything before we left. We will definitely book this condo the next time we are in Orlando.

The unit was exactly as described. There was a nice welcome basket on the counter when we arrived with some snack and a bottle of wine with a sweet note. The unit was clean, comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do during our visit. Communication with the property manager was great.
