It’s a really nice hotel with a great price. My bf and I only stayed for a night just to rest after HHN at Universal. We were surprised at how cheap it was for a penthouse and it was definitely worth it. Cute little 2 story room, felt like being in a townhouse. We plan on coming back here every time we need to stay in Orlando, especially for a multiple day vacation.

Nice enough hotel with a complimentary breakfast. From the photos, I thought we were going to have private rooms, which was a plus for extended family. We didnt have private rooms though - both beds in the same spot. They were full size, not queen beds as well. -TV had very limited channels, but overall a decent hotel for the price -Good to have stove, large fridge, etc to save money on food expenses out and about

It really is a decent hotel. International Drive isn't the best area anymore but that's already known. The hotel itself needed a bit of a facelift. They painted when we got there at least. The shower was leaking non stop. The room just appeared a little outdated. It had a furnace which I found odd. We slept in the penthouse which was very spacious and I enjoyed the split level (upstairs and downstairs). It had a king bed upstairs and a kitchen and 2 dbl plus a sofa bed downstairs. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast (eggs, sausage, DIY waffles, breads and fruits). At night they served ravioli. I wouldn't consider this a classy hotel but it's a great location and the staff was nice and accomodating. The pool wasn't too big neither was the gym that had maybe 2 treadmills and a few free weights. If probably compare it to La Quinta if you ever stayed there before but not the upgraded ones.

Okay stay, great location. Parking in the evening was horrible and you had to park far from your room. So don't go out to eat dinner.

First room was dirty and bed lumpy and uneven. Needs updating and repairs plaster patches was falling from ceiling in bathroom. Office gave us a choice of 2 other like rooms. Rest of stay was nice.

My first room have ants all over the kitchen, the bathroom sink was falling apart, and the oven wouldn't close. I was moved to another room, only to find out that it was infested with cockroaches.

Lots of space for a family in the suites hotel is a bit older but nice

My title says it all. It is close to Universal, it is roomy with a full kitchen, but the beds were not very comfortable.

Room wasn't clean. Evidence of other peoples hair in bathroom, and on floor. Worst of all there were bed bugs.....woke up in the night being bit by them. Avoid.

This isn't a bad hotel, they need some serious renovations though. Our room didn't have a hair dryer ( not end of the world ) and there were some serious things of needing to be fixed. ( shower head , cabinets). Staff was awesome and attentive ( we asked for a hair dryer, none was ever sent over ) other than that , it wasn't all that bad. You can't beat the location, as it's in the heart of so many cool places. ( like the Orlando Eye plaza ) within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. It's a decent hotel, if you're looking for fancy, you should look elsewhere. The staff here treated us way better, than we have been treated at more " fancier " places. If you're looking for a bed and place to rest while out in Orlando, this isn't a bad one.

The bathroom ceiling had been partially fixed, but there was still a leak when you took a shower. The couch mattress was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good and it was close to Universal, that was a plus.

Nice clean place like having a kitchen helpful staff

The hotel needs updated. It would be great if the sweeper was ran. The cleaning solutions they use is a horrible smell. We only stayed for one night so it serves it's purpose.

The wifi was terrible never work but was an good hotel by the price and a not long trip The free breakfast was ok

Easy check-in, reasonable pet fee, nice room size, comfortable bed, great towels, close to a lot of dinner options and local attractions.

Todo fue muy Bueno el lugar Es callado y limpio, solo que el ultimo dia saliamos temprano y regresamos a la media noche y la habitacion nunca fue limpiada, no teniamos toallas ni jabon .

Great location and great price. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Will definitely be staying there again.

Very disappointed in this establishment. 1st of all, being seasoned Otown visitors (2 times a month), we were shocked at the lack of security. Lighting is dim, front doors of rooms are like "coves" low light combined with walls and shrubbery on lower floors is a criminals playground. Not to mention our door didnt operate correctly and we had to insert our card repeatedly to open it, YIKES!!!! We stayed 2 nights and had NO visit from housekeeping, when I called to ask and told them we were leaving in the am..no attempt to offer towels trash bags..nothing was offered and response was simply an OK. Wet laundry on stair rails and doors hanging open, people hanging outside?? I felt like I was in a bad section 8 housing area. The sheets were sandy, no plug for the tub, and the grip tape was bubbled up in the tub...filthy!! You get what you pay for but the safety issue especially at night are a MAJOR HAZARD!! Will never return to this trashy place!!

Close to everything and staff was very nice. Room was big and bed comfy. Great pillows. Only down side saw 3 roaches and breakfast buffet was not very good. Oh and be careful of shower the tubs are extremely slippery hubby slipped and fell they really should put in some strips to keep it safer. But I'd stay again.

Friendly and very helpful staff, room was awesome. Had a great time cannot wait to go back.
