Had a great pool and it's actually heated. Had an issue with ants. They never went away even though we took out the trash everyday. Quiet place and family friendly. Gated for safety. Traffic around the area was crazy at times. Very close to Walmart and Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament. Got great priced tickets at the desk for Gatorland. There were charcoal grills at the lake. This is a quite a bit away from the townhome. Wish there were grills that were closer.

A great place to meet and enjoy people year after year. I can tell you all the great things you can read in all the other views, but the main purpose for this review is their caring friendly attitude. We were scheduled to leave in 1 day, when my husband had to visit the ER down the road. After surgery the next day, and still unsure of his recovery I contacted the front office to see if it was possible to stay longer. In 2 minutes, they had moved other peoples reservations around and allowed me to stay 5 more days, with me explaining I had no idea how long my husband would be in the hospital, they said they would make whatever changes to allow me to stay in my existing condo. This is above and beyond their obligations and I really appreciate not having to move my belongings to find another lodging while my husband is recovering. I now know that 3.6 miles down the road from Hapimag is a Trama and Stroke certified hospital that treated my husband with the best care and treatment. It is one of those things you never think about until you need medical care. So Hapimag has my vote for the best location away from traffic and people and 3.6 miles is a great hospital. Enjoy your stay here. Great location.

Three bedrooms, good kitchen, pool just down the street, walking trails around the small lake where the birds collect - your family should love it. Yes, it is getting dated as the decor goes. But it is a secure and quiet retreat near a lot of action. I would prefer more lounge chairs by the pool. Compared to the traffic going to the Wal-Mart or to the bank, this is a haven from the world. It is no surprise there are so many long time repeat customers. The most frequent question we heard was "when are you coming next year?" It is just assumed you must be joining the repeat crowd because everyone seems to.

We stayed at Hapimag in 2015 and 2019 with our two children. The proximity to all the parks is certainly convenient. The apartment itself is spacious. The location is also quiet. The late-night check-in was easy. There are also extra appliances at the front desk. And when we reported the fan was broken in the living room (BTW - since our visit 4 years prior!) they brought us a floor model. However, the decor is stuck in the 80s which wouldn’t be problematic if the apartment had been maintained and cleaned properly (i.e. broken ceiling fans, pubes in shower, no bathmat in second-shower, cockroach in master bedroom on bed, mold in shower, dust bunnies everywhere, trash found under bed from previous guests, unbearably loud squeaky dryer, broken master toilet, non-flushing second toilet, wobbly stove, broken blinds, slider patio door which doesn’t slide, wrinkled bed skirts, and so on). It’s easy to overlook one or two things, but there are just too many to overlook. Improvement in basic hospitality is also needed. For example, we paid for a third bedroom part-way into our stay and were refused towels when asked. When brought up at check-out we received an apology and the room was subsequently removed from the bill (righty so). Hapimag touts high quality and standards, but this property does not meet that claim. If you want space, this place has it. If you want style, comfort, and to be catered to you won’t find it here. If you’re a Hapimag shareholder, as we are, you’re likely to be disappointed by the quality of this resort in comparison to others. If this resort receives a face-lift and improves its hospitality, it would receive a much higher rating. There are just too many other time-shares in Orlando with much better facilities, location and service. My sister owns a beautiful spacious time-share in Orlando and it makes this property look like a dump in comparison.

Our family reunion was held here and we had an amazing time. The accommodations were amazing. We had about 60 people attend and everyone was comfortable. The houses were clean and well stocked. The onsite amenities were nice. The location was great for all of our off site activities. Property management was easy to work with and very helpful.

We come to Hapimag a lot as we are members and I think we have come to this property about 10 times already. We are always extremely happy and requested our favourite unit 1125 about 6 months ago for a stay of nearly 4 weeks this August. When we arrived last Monday the internet in the house didn’t work. My husband alerted reception straight away on Tuesday morning and we were not very concerned as we had a 5 day trip planned. When we arrived back on Sunday night, still no internet. Back to reception yesterday and they had no record of the conversation with my husband. This morning still no internet and no solution either. We might be able to move but not before Sunday. There is a problem with the internet but the company repairing it will probably not come before next Monday. I have work during my stay here and we asked if we could just use another unit for that which reception agreed to. But it’s a really unsatisfactory solution and rather than having a relaxing time the entire family is annoyed: no work possible, contacting friends and family not possible, planning our time here not possible. Instead aggravation as we are constantly trying to find a spot where we can connect. Really disappointing that nobody is willing to sort this out and a situation that is completely ruining our stay.

It is perfectly located, quiet and easy access to all major parks. The house is perfectly equipped to get started and, as always, of great Hapimag-standard. Thank you to the friendly staff, it gave us a wonderful kick-start for our Florida roundtrip

Nothing to complain about. Easy checkin, courteous staff, beautiful spacious condos with everything you will need. Close to Give the Kids the World Village. Washer Dryer, free parking, beautiful pools, patio and Nespresso machine as well as basket coffee maker. Beach towels and a safe in the unit. Thank you for a great experience Hapimag!

We visited just after the US Easter holiday break but the property seemed very peaceful The apartments were spacious, clean and very well equipped. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The communal pool area looked very good although we had a private pool at our house so we didn't swim there. We never even found the club house we were so busy! The only thing we would warn people about is that the four bedroomed houses are a long way away from the smaller houses. That's only a problem for groups renting more than one place. The other thing is that Hapimag is located 20-30 minutes drive from the main parks. However, we were all very pleased with our stay and, should we ever consider returning to Orlando (extremely unlikely!), we would be happy to book here again. Overall, a great property and good value. Thank you. (And we promise to return the keys which we walked off with!!!)

This was a very pleasant surprise. Trying to find comfortable and reasonably priced accommodations in Orlando can be difficult. We were in orlando for a conference but also took time to visit Disney World and Universal Studios. This condo is off the main road in a quiet subdivision but still conveniently located for shopping, restaurants and attractions. We stayed in a townhouse. The first floor has the living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room and half bath. The second floor has a bedroom with attached bathroom. We stayed in June and the cost was about $99/night. This is a super value compared to a cramped hotel room. The complex has a pool with chairs and a covered area. Great for relaxing after a day at Disney.
