Okay
The actual stay was ok. Before arriving I asked 2 times about check in instructions and didn’t receive any until 1 hour before check in. Upon arrival the house was still being cleaned and when the cleaners left we couldn’t open the door. The front desk was called, IT was called and security. No one was able to fix the door so we wasted the first 2 1/2 hours of our vacation in the sweltering heat waiting for them to try to figure it out which they didn’t so we had to leave it unlocked our entire stay. The pool and games were nice to keep us entertained. My bed was comfortable can’t speak for the rest. The water park was pretty far so we had to drive there. The kiddy area was pretty good for my 3 year olds. If I went with no kids I would say it wasn’t that great. 1 slide and a lazy river is pretty much the whole thing. So it was okay, but I have stayed at other similar resorts which were better in my opinion as far as amenities and responsiveness from the “host”. I feel like the resort should have offered something to make up for our major inconvenience at check in especially for what we paid for the place.
