ISLA EMERALD (8452CCL) - 3BR, 2BA casa adosada en complejo cerrado

Esta casa de la ciudad de Emerald Island Resort cuenta con una suite principal con cama queen, una habitación con cama grande y un dormitorio con dos camas individuales. La suite principal y las otras dos habitaciones con el baño familiar están en el segundo piso. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisión. Completando esta casa adosada abajo está la sala de estar, el comedor, la cocina completa, el baño de visitas y el lavadero con lavadora y secadora. La sala de estar da a un patio abierto.
En mayo de 2018 reemplazamos la alfombra de la escalera y colocamos pisos laminados en las habitaciones y en octubre de 2018 volvimos a pintar el interior.
En la casa club disfrutar de dos grandes piscinas, jacuzzi, sauna, gimnasio, cibercafé y el lado de la piscina Tiki Bar. También hay media cancha de baloncesto, canchas de vóleibol, un centro de tenis y una sala de videojuegos. Clase de golf a 10 minutos en el Orange Lake Country Club.
Tiendas y restaurantes están cerca.
Llegará a Universal Studio en 25 minutos o Disney en 10 minutos.

The house was definitely very clean. Check in was easy and uncomplicated. Kitchen adequate for our needs….only made breakfasts and we brought our own French press for coffee. Just enough towels for the bathrooms with none to spare. Needed kitchen towels. You’ll need to definitely bring your own hangers….for a 6 sleeper house there were about 6 hangers in total. 2 of us brought our own….had to buy a dozen for our adult children. Left them there for the next renter. The furniture is very dated as are the wall paintings. Probably would have looked better without them. Couldn’t get one of the bedroom lamps to work (single beds room) and ALL the vertical window blinds had either broken slats or missing slats. Biggest disappointment was the portable crib. Our son-in law had to rig it so it wouldn’t collapse with our grandchild in it…..had a broken security clip as well as a broken leg. The beds were comfortable and the location secure with privacy gating. Majority of time was spent outside the rental so it served its purpose. However, if we were planning on a more stay put kinda vacation this would not have sufficed. Definitely needs some updating in the furniture (shows a lot of usage) and modern decor.

Mike, our host was very nice and welcoming! Enjoyed our interaction and visits with him. He was attentive to our needs and came immediately when contacted.The cleaning crew was generally lacking and didn't leave the necessary supplies for the condo. Friendly neighborhood, parking was great for easy loading and unloading directly in front of the condo.We will definitely contact this group again for accommodations!The location was perfect, and in a gated community. Less than 30 minutes to all of the Disney parks.

Ground would be more comfortable

This property is not as listed or pictured. Beds are terrible. Condo is very dirt. Water stains and torn open ceiling. Missing blinds. Who knows what on walls?? Owner too busy to let us know of boil water order which he received 3 days prior to our check in. Not my type of accommodations. Couldn’t get out fast enough!!!

Clean but could use some TLC

The house was comfortable and clean however there are some small upgrades the house could use. The only spoons they had were 3 big spoons, no teaspoons at all. Blinds were old and not functional. Mattresses were very stiff. Screen door was broke. Patio furniture was not nice or inviting to use. It would be nice to have coded door instead of lock and key. Shower heads should be replaced the ensuite one leaked when on. The community was nice, pool and hot tub was warm and hot. We played mini golf, course is old and worn but good enough for the kids. Good area. Ok for price but should be updated.

Needs Updates

The check in process was very easy I must say . But the pictures didn’t match the home … they definitely need to upgrade a couple things … the couch is definitely wore down . The blinds downstairs needs to be replaced they were missing a couple pieces and I couldn’t even close them at night because another piece was missing. Trash was already in the trash can outside with no bag so we couldn’t put our trash in there…. We had to walk down to the dump didn’t like that at all …. Master suite bed was very hard . Other than that the home was nice just needs to be updated. Loved that the pool was only like a 2 min walk . Thanks again Mark !

We basically ate breakfast and slept at the townhouse. we didn't use any of the resort amenities. The townhouse itself needs some repair. Vertical blinds on the sliding glass doors don't work right, screen door on the sliding glass door downstairs wasn't even on the track. leak stains on the ceiling with what i think might have been mold. Dust and hair under the beds, so not cleaned very well. Really old frying pans that need replaced.

Good value base for the parks

This place did what we needed it to do. Relatively comfortable for the three days we were in Orlando. The communal pool is nice and all staff at the security gates, pool bar and reception were nice. It’s a relatively inexpensive property to stay at so it isn’t full on luxury but its location and practicality making it a good spot to stay.

The furniture was old

The apartment was very clean. The access was easy. I love the outside of it, but the furniture was a little outdated, and there were maybe one or two bugs that we killed other than that I would stay there again.

Family friendly town home

This Town home was very clean and spacious. Located in super cool resort with lot of common amenities. The kitchen, dining, living areas and 3 bed rooms had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was well appointed with any cooking equipment and plenty of dishes & glassware. All Orlando attractions are just 15-20 minutes’ drive. Mark (property management) coordinated very well to help us with Check in / out process and was super smooth. We will love to stay here again on our next trip to Orlando... hopefully every year :) .. Would definitely recommend for small families.

Not Again

Although the property was convenient to Disney parks and quiet neighborhood with 24 hour security, this particular property was dirty. I cannot speak for all units here. If I could post pictures of what we walk into, I would. Contacted management company and they did offer to have cleaning crew come back out and clean, but I declined as they would be there for our entire stay unless they had 10 people cleaning at once. Would not recommend.
