The home itself was very nice—clean, spacious, comfortable, and exactly the type of property we were hoping for. Unfortunately, the management experience was so poor that it significantly overshadowed the stay.Several of the games in the game room did not work, which was disappointing and showed a lack of upkeep. More concerning, there were multiple broken dining room chairs. We reported this issue, only to later be charged over 300 because management claimed it was not reported within the first 72 hours. We stayed for two weeks and had not used the dining area during the first part of the stay we therefore did not know they were broken, so this felt unreasonable and unfair.There was a major leak in the kitchen coming from upstairs AC unit, with water spreading across the floor. It took an entire day for someone to arrive. We were then told another person would come open the ceiling and properly dry the area, but no one ever returned. The ceiling continued dripping until it eventually stopped on its own. This raised serious concerns for me about moisture damage and possible mold risk due to the lack of proper follow-up.Overall, the house itself is very attractive and comfortable, but the poor management, lack of responsiveness, and unfair handling of issues created unnecessary stress. If customer service and proper maintenance matter to you, I would think carefully before booking.
