Our party of 5 loved this house. Beautifully decorated and plenty of space to spread out. Location was great and we enjoyed the outdoor space after a long day at the parks. Wish we could have stayed longer.

It was very inviting atmosphere. Perfect for what we were using it for. The only thing i did not like was that there was not fans in the room. We like the noise and the comfort of the air moving. But i still give 5 stars because it is a want and not a need.

Our stay was amazing!Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! There was plenty of space for everyone — the kitchen and living room were large, open, and perfect for gathering together. The kids absolutely loved the pool and game room, while the adults enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable bedrooms. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and even better than the photos. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to any family looking for a spacious and fun getaway!

First inpression was wow, we really were impressed. The house was stunning and the pictures were accurate to the listing.We felt we was in a luxury home and loved all the details. The kitchen area with the lounge was perfect for us to come together and the additional lounge was perfect for when we wanted to relax watching different things.My 9yr old loved the princess room. We picked the Villa based on the pictures, having looked at so many we wanted one that was more mature and luxurious and it didnt disappoint.The location for us was perfect we wasnt doing disney but even if had wasnt too far. We went to Seaworld a few times and was cheaper to get an Uber than Park. Getting onto the complex felt safe the guards were pleasant and got to know us. The management team were responsive and kept in touch we raised a few things that were not working but didnt effect our stay as only 4 of us. Our only feedback would be the outside furniture needs refreshing as quite dirty from mould on the seat covers and headrests but i covered them during the stay. The outside area also didnt have the same luxurious feel as inside and compared to neighbours decor we could see.We paid to heat the pool and was so worth it as even when it had rained from the storms it was still nice to get in and not be cold, also late night swimming was enjoyable.We was certainly sad to leave and would come back to the estate, we disnt need all the rooms but wanted a bigger pool and the luxury and was pleased

Perfect for large groups

We stayed with a large group of adults and teens, and it was perfect for what we needed! Well furnished, nicely decorated, and good room/bed layout for our group. The double fridge and double dishwasher were put to good use! The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, linens, blankets, plates/cups/silverware as well as initial soaps/shampoos/toilet paper, etc.A/C worked great, which was a relief given the hot & humid conditions while we were there. The pool was also perfect for cooling off.The BBQ was very convenient to cook for our large group. Good quality grill and good grill tools provided. Sam’s Club is not far away and we used the delivery option to stock the house for our stay.Location is close to all the amusement parks and we had unobstructed views of the Sea World fireworks from the back patio. The game room was a huge hit with the kids in our group. Plenty of options to keep everyone occupied when we weren’t out doing other things.And finally, the property management was very helpful with arrival details provided well before we needed them, as well as perfectly timed reminder of the departure process. Everything was great so we didn’t need to contact them during our stay, but I’m sure they would have been very responsive if we had ended up needing them!We come to Orlando every year and we will absolutely be booking this house next year. The one we booked in the same area last year was fine, but this one was much nicer and preferred by all!

perfect property for our large group of work colleagues to attend a conference at the nearby convention centre. It was only 8-10 Uber fare to the convention centre (although sometimes we were waiting up to 20 mins). Comfortable beds, modern conveniences
