The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. I was very impressed with the water pressure and Mickey waffles (Mickey waffles are a guilty pleasure). Overall, I was satisfied. The issues I had were the extremely limited shuttle service and the WDW ticket prices are inflated. When we return for a longer stay I would likely choose somewhere that had more shuttle stops/times. At the time we went to the breakfast area it was overcrowded and very, very hot.

When i got there they sent me to other hotel because she said it was overbook , I dont know who is fault there but with all the thecnology this day how can the over book the hotel? I book that hotel bevause was closer to the attraction i was going so for them to sent me to other hotel i was not so happy about it and the staff lady she was not so frendly

Lobby was under construction, was given a room on the side walk next to the street. Changed and given a room on the first floor directly facing a wall, no incoming light whatsoever. Changed to a fourth floor overlooking the pool, that was fine. Left with a four night stay at $69 a night with a $344 bill, too many taxes and fees and whatever else was addded. Good breakfast, lots of choices.

Hotel was close to all the attractions in Orlando. However that was just about the only upside. The lobby was roped off due to construction. The elevator hot stuck with us in it. The first room we were given smelled horribly of mold. The staff for was agreeable and changed our room for us, but the next room wasn't much better. The "clean sheets" smelled funny and the remote to the TV didn't work. There was not enough parking at the facility so if you got back late you had to park across some the street in a restaurant parking lot and walk back. I was the only parent with 4 children and was very uncomfortable with that option. The breakfast offered was horrible the eggs were like rubber the and there wasn't even enough to feed all the guests. I am overall very unhappy with my stay and will not ever return.

I booked this hotel as a part of a package for a work-related trip. Based of the pictures provided online, I thought this would have been an outstanding hotel. Most Best Westerns in the US that I have stayed at have been a little more "upscale", but obviously not 5-star or even 4-star quality. It seemed like a had payed for a quality Best Western, but felt like I stayed at a Motel 8. I was unfortunately placed in a room with absolutely no view, seeing as I was in the room right across from the elevator. If I had been there for personal retreat, I would have asked for a different room. On a bright note, the hotel was undergoing some renovations: new paint on the walls, floors and fences, and was upgrading their workout room.

This is the fourth time we've stayed at this hotel. The location is very easy to access and is surrounded by restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We planned to stay for one night so we could meet family for dinner. For the first time, I noticed that the room key provided a discount for a meal at Uno's Pizza next door. This was a bonus as we planned to eat there and was honored without question by restaurant staff. Breakfast the next a.m. was good as usual and staff pleasantly kept the serving containers refilled right up to the 9:00 a.m. cut off. The only negative was that the room coffee pot didn't work and we failed to report it at checkout. A ground floor room was given when requested at check in and the room was neat and clean.

The hotel it is near of Universal Studios and has shuttle transportation to all the parks and atractions, that was very easy to visit the parks. The room had a strange odor but was clean and confortable. and the personal was very friendly. Totally recomended.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room smelled musty and the first room given wasn't cleaned from the night prior. Water pressure for shower was great!

good location, there is a woman in breakfast area that gives a great service.

We were in Orlando for a few days get away. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the free breakfast was excellent. The only criticism was that the pillows were uncomfortable leading to a slight neck ache when waking up and the air freshener they used was overpowering. All in all, it was a good value for the money.

The hotel met most of my expectations. The room was clean, the location is PERFECT for restaurants, Walmart, gas, gift shops, etc. They served a continental b'fast daily. The staff was pleasant. I had tv, refrigerator,& microwave. The issues that could have been better were, the bed was not comfortable, the toilet was slow to flush, there was a slight odor, but not overwhelming, but the building is apparently older. The free WiFi was a problem because the connection was not strong at all & I was down for work which required the use of my computer which hindered me all week.

great location, good price, close to everything,.............
