Hotel wasn’t really a Disney hotel Yes there are buses but they stop at all of the other hotels nearby and then they drop you off soooo far away and they don’t come often every half hour. The room was small and the beds weren’t comfortable the rooms were so dusty and I say rooms Bc we changed...the charge $30 extra resort fee and parking fees might as well for that price stay in actual Disney..the restaurant sucked! But service was really really nice here but we left there saying never again

Nice hotel in very convenient area. As soon as you enter you can smell a nice aroma/scent in the lobby. The concierge lady wasn’t very helpful finding the best deal for Disney tickets, I was able to get it my self in the internet. I stayed at the family suite and the space was great as well as the comfort of the beds. The only negative comment that I have is the housekeeping. They don’t clean properly and during my stay I had to call every day to ask for extra towels, shampoo, soap, etc. They always put 3 towels and about 1 shampoos and 1 soap for a total room guest of 5! During my stay I didn’t had coffee cups/creamer since the first day. As I said before housekeeping is horrible. I encounter a towel that maybe it was used by Christopher Columbus it was shreded. The room as I said before was very comfy and the AC works super good. Besides the housekeeping I can give this hotel a 4 star ratings.

Room was Misty and had bad smell. Housekeeping only cleaned half of room. Bathroom filled up with water overnight and when I first complained I was told they can't do anything, especially since I reserved on a discount website. After another night if water filling up bathroom, I was finally changed room, but will not stay at this hotel again.

The AC is too loud. Room does not smell fresh. It was more like a 3-star hotel instead of advertised as 4-star

The table light doesn’t work. The hot water doesn’t work well for shower head. Do not like the front desk manners. The cereal that we ordered from the breakfast restaurant was opened and half of them were gone! There was no roll away bed.

Stayed for 5 nights with 2 older kids. Room faced Disney Springs. The room was a descent size, comfortable beds, with a big shower. The hotel was clean and very convenient to all Disney parks and I4. Ample parking and courteous staff.

I wasn’t that impressed and the room was full of ants.

Very close to Disney springs. We were able to get to all the parks quickly we did drive our own vehicle so I couldn’t say if the transportation they provide is efficient or not.

My experience was ok. The staff there wasn’t to pleasant. Our in room dining for breakfast and lunch was a joke. When we arrived, it was during lunch time. When we call to order, since the menu said it was 11-2pm and when we got there it was 12noon. We called in room dining and was told that they were close and will open at 5pm. No staff told us that because we went during winter season, staff only worked seasonal, same with their hours. That wasn’t the end of it. They have a breakfast menu so you can have breakfast in bed too. All we had to do was hang it on the door and we will be able to get our beeakfast when we request in the morning. Well we stay at this hotel for four days and we didn’t get our breakfast until our fourth day. Apparently our breakfast request on the door didn’t get collected. So yes I complained the second day, nothing happened.. until the last day. If you really want a good experience, don’t stay at this resort! B Resort&Spa pretty much ruined my birthday trip because the lack of service they claim to give. What made it worse? Was I requested for a manager and they kept telling me that they were in meetings... never gotten my room situation, situated. DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT!

Nice hotel near Disney Springs. ----------------------------------

This hotel is in a wonderful area very close to Disney Springs. It is on one of the bus routes to the Disney parks, although they can often be very crowded. The staff are nice and the rooms are clean. We stayed for four nights and experience no issues whatsoever.

nice staff, wish the spa was available but its under renovation so understandable, pool pretty, shuttle to parks great, parking convenient, room clean, nice experience.

The beds are worn down I was first that was so bad that we asked to transfer to another room because the entire center of the bed was sunk in. In the second room was not much better.

Nice hotel in very convenient area. As soon as you enter you can smell a nice aroma/scent in the lobby.
