I would like to thank the staff of the Hotel B. They worked very hard and diligently to make our stay as good as possible. The staff at the restaurant and at front desk were very friendly to us. In particular, the staff of the restaurant were very dedicated as more and more guests arrived due to Hurricane Irma.

It was an amazing place. Besides being a great hotel, it turned out to be the best shelter. The staff was wonderful and understanding. Kudos to such empathetic business. I will be back over and over

We stayed here about a year and a half ago and in the panic of irma we booked a familiar hotel to feel comfortable with the kids..... most hotel staff are super friendly especially the hostess from the restaurant and the manager! The manager went above and beyond to make up for the nasty bartenders..... I understand due to the circumstances of irma it was a bit over whelming for the employees as well but when your in the hospitality business you don't make your guests feel uncomfortable..... as guests we are paying for a service we didn't walk into a shelter expecting 5 star service..... she made us feel like our stay here was forced upon.... and all bc we tried to order dinner for a 1 year old and a 6 year old to go bc we couldn't get them to sit in the restaurant bc it was too cold for them..... again the manager made up for her rudeness and we appreciated it.....

I noticed the sheets had hair and dirt on them before I had used them. Was not impressed. I also found a bug crawling around the bathroom, but it's summer Florida so I don't fault them for that. Otherwise everything was very nice. The rooms are modern, hotel is fashionable and bed was comfortable. I noticed the bathroom could use some repairs but overall a very nice experience. Also a plus are he Aveda toiletries for sensitive skin - great products. You may want to be aware, the bus that goes to Disney world is a mixed bag. On the way to Magic Kingdom, for example, the bus makes almost no stops and is amazing. On the way back, it stops at another park (the water park) and then at every hotel on the way. It was like 45 minutes. So expect to take a cab back to your hotel, but going there is fine.

I've been at this location 3 times already and it has become my favorite place to stay In Orlando.

It was an extremely pleasant stay. We had a two room party and the staff was extremely accommodating to get us adjoining rooms.

We had an excuse to come to Walt Disney World for our Grandson's birthday on Saturday Sept 2 and then we stayed on at the B hotel. It was a real wonderful treat: Upgraded room and upgraded parking fee and then a great comfortable and relaxing setting. Well worth it! We came away more relaxed than how we arrived.

I loved this hotel. Its all in white the decor is amazing and very appealing. Thr customer service was amazing they allowed me to check out at 12pm with no charge. I will return back

The hotel looks great, I was sad that we only got to stay there one night. We got upgraded to a suite that had a patio with an entrance straight to the pool, so that was exciting.

Worst hotel experience ever. Internet is WORST ever!! elevator did nOt work and they did nothing about it. Internet doenst work I couldnt log in my mails i couldnt do my work. This is my worst experience. Front desk people are extremely rude. They dont wanna help with anything.,one of them even said "i wanna go home". Wow because me too. I dont recommend this hotel to anybody. Front desk never answers the phone. You should go to downstairs if you need something. They never answer. And ac-heat is problem. They switched our room 3 times still no heat. Hotel is so cold In the middle of summer we are freezing in the hotel.i got sick in the middle of summer because of air conditioner problem.i will never stay in this hotel ever again. WORST!!! And i will tell everyone not to book here.

I was there from 7/27 to 7/31. They put only one soup since that day, when I asked front desk they said "oh ok" I am so sorry. They never ever put nothing not even shampoo The room was 915 by the way The elevator was broke. I asked for two room together and they gave me the other one in 1019 the same thing with the supplies Thank you

Loved this hotel. Everything was exceptional! Walking distance to Disney Springs. Pool was beautiful.

Amazing!!!! Great view of city. Close to everything we had planned to do. We definitely stay again.

The hotel so in a luxury location, dining is a half mile from you with ton of selections. I only had to walk to eat. The hotel is so clean and bright. Rooms so clean as well. Over all, a great stay.

This hotel has 4 star and looks like excellent when you see at the web picture. But it is not the sam as the picture when you go there. We were the B resort guest room 1115 with our two kids from June 17-24. First we was very impressed the lobby area when we checking in . The lobby area is perfectly handling by house keeping. Our 11 floor smell is terrible bad. It's smells like mold and something bad odor. We checked every floor its total disasters. At the first day after we checking in our hotel room we identified the bath room wasn't clean good enough. We are very sure that after the previous guest not cleaned. The sop foam was dried and remained everywhere at the shower surface. Also the shower door locker was broken. We couldn't believe it we checked in was full of dust and everywhere in the room. Generally speaking it was not look like 4 star hotel. The next day the house keeping didn't change our bed sheets. We wait patiently until the third day. Again on the third day our bed sheets wasn't changed. My wife called front desk to speak the issue . The front desk girl wasn't good totally she is unprofessional and treated badly my wife. I told my wife and kids let's go down to talk with manager. When we arrived at front desk the girl treated badly again the same as the phone she did. Disrespectfully she said " what do we want" we replied to her 'is there any manger we can talk". And she told us he is busy will see you after fifteen minutes wait around there

The first room we checked in was full of ants and bugs. They were on the desk, the night stand and some of them are even on the bed. I called the front desk like 5 times because they never picked up the phone. When I got into the second room, there were no bugs but it is a lot smaller than the first one. The bathroom is half the size without the tub, which is not what I wanted. So I switched again. The person who checked me in at the front desk was like I love to keep switching u to different rooms but this is the last one we got. She sounded like I wanted to drag my Hugh luggage around switching rooms. No apologies, gave me the room key and I moved on. The third room is alright until I heard a very loud ticking noise at night. I called the technician and it turns out it was the air conditioner from the room below us. The technician shut it off. But the hotel didn't bother to ask if we want to switch room or not, even worse, they rented the room below us and of course the noise came back. The hotel cleaniness is a joke as you can find ashes and other crappy things on the floor. I thought I got a pretty good deal when I booked the hotel for less than $200 a night. But it turns out to be a total disaster that ruined my trip. Not recommended, stay away.

Hotel was very nice and staff very attentive. Loved that they offered Transportation to parks that was very convenient and efficient. Overall rooms were nice but did have a little wear and tear. Hotel restaurant was well priced and food was actually very good.

Hotel room was well designed with renovated appearance. Rooms with standard setting plus a few extra delight (that you pay for). We had some ants in our first room but it was quickly taken care of. We were moved and the staff was very easy to work with. 5/5 staff and it definitely made our stay that much more enjoyable. Would highly recommend and will return!

It was a beautiful hotel it just needed more elevators in the tower I stayed in and I had to walk to far to my room. I also do not like having to pay for parking.

hurricane irma not an issue for this place

best place to get thru irma hurricanes

beautiful hotel but sheets had not been changed

quick break from normal

We had an excuse to come to Walt Disney World for our Grandson's birthday on Saturday Sept 2 and then we stayed on at the B hotel.
