The property is great excellent location and the room was very nice. We did have an issue with our shower that didn’t get fixed before we left and the staff at the restaurant were subpar, but the staff in the hotel were amazing.

Decided to stay here for my one year anniversary with my boyfriend as it was closely located to the parks and due to the last minute plan we weren’t able to spring for a Disney Resort without breaking the bank. Let me tell you, I wish I spent the extra money because this hotel was truly terrible. We were located in the Linai area which is off the side from the check-in building. The entire part of this building smelled of mildew! The floor in our room was cracked. You couldn’t take a shower without flooding the bathroom floor and on top of that I hope you don’t plan on having a hot shower after the parks because my water was cold!! They gave us the wrong room the first time and when I went back to the desk they brushed it off by saying that the room was mislabeled. Unsure why this hasn’t been fixed by the property and doubt this is the first time it has happened. Also, was hoping for maybe something special for our anniversary even a note card in the room would have sufficed, but nothing. Would not stay here again, in fact, I am extremely dissatisfied to the point that I wish I could get my money back because what I spent is nowhere near worth the horrible experience I had.

Property was a good value even though their daily resort fees seemed a bit high at first. But it does include Disney early access and a free shuttle bus to and from any of the Disney parks. Room was spacious but the beds seemed a bit old and too soft and spongy. Bathroom was clean except the shower had some chipped tile and was missing the drain cover. Also strangely no washcloths only hand towels and bath towels.

Walkable to Disney Springs and shuttle pickups to parks are convenient. Clean facilities. Only one on site restaurant but food was good. No complimentary breakfast. I was told that because I booked through an outside source they couldn’t work with me as far as giving us extras such as a complimentary breakfast. So book directly with hotel if looking for upgrades upon check in.

My room was not clean nor was I given fresh towels. When housekeeping came to my door I asked her to come back shortly. I left my room 25 minutes later. When I returned, I expected to see my room cleaned. However, it wasn’t. Trash was still in the wastebasket. The only thing she did was turn off the tv.

Really nice place, the rooms were spacious and at a good price. The restaurant was good and had a great bartender. The proximity to Disney Springs made getting around without a car or uber a big plus.

Checked into are room very late. The bathroom had an old used towel and and a hair cap hanging from the back of the bathroom door. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work, the phone in our room didn’t work, there were no blankets on the beds and to make matters worse at the time of check in I requested a late Check out. I put the no disturb sign on the handle of door and at 9:39 I received loud knocking with a women screaming housekeeping. That’s how my family woke up. Unbelievable experience as we were celebrating my daughters 13th birthday

The hotel itself was beautiful, but the customer service at the front desk and for answering the phones or any type of customer service is a total letdown. Could never get anybody on the phone or to answer the phone.
