Hotel is too expensive for what it is. The bathroom was very dirty @ the grouts
Upgraded to master family suite. Was really comfortable modern and beautiful We really enjoyed it. Will stay here again next time we come to Disney!
I was in town for a work conference, and found that this hotel made a great base of operations. Staff were kind and helpful, the business center was great for undisturbed work at the last minute, the pool is lovely, and other amenities were appreciated.
We specifically reserved a Stunning King room for this hotel in advance of our trip exclusively because we wanted a king bed and a higher floor. When we arrived for check-in the receptionist stated they had no Stunning King rooms left, even though when we booked it the website said "2 left" and it was confirmed with our reservation. We were instead given a Stunning Queen on a higher floor, which was good, but aggravating since we specifically reserved a King but did not get one. The shower design is absolutely horrible. There are glass panels surrounding the shower that have 1-inch gaps in them, no caulking, and virtually any direction you place the shower head in will result in large amounts of water leaking all over the bathroom floor. Poorly designed.. without the shower head facing the WALL of the shower your bathroom floor will become flooded, along with clothes or anything else you have on the ground. There are also not enough electrical outlets. The only electrical outlets usable were one of the two outlet connections on the desk (the second outlet was bent inside and couldn't fit a plug) and one on the night table.. the second night table outlet was used for the alarm clock. We weren't able to find any others outside of the bathroom. On top of your nightly rate there will be about $48 in additional fees per night assessed. There is a $20 parking fee per day, $25 resort fee, plus taxes. So add $48 to your nightly cost before deciding if you want to book here.
Nice hotel..will book again..friendly staff..clean room
Very clean & efficient accommodation. Less than a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs. Shuttles run every 30 minutes for transportation to and from Disney Parks. Unfortunately, there is no airport transportation.
Have stayed here before. Rooms and facility are terrific, location and staff are perfect.
Their customer service is up to par. There was things wrong my hotel and wasn't fixed till the day before we checked out
The stay was great. Confortable beds, good coffee shop in the lobby and nice outdoor area. Conveniently located.
I love this hotel. This is my second time staying here and I definitely recommend this hotel. It is very clean and modern. I will be staying here again in the future.
Always love my experience at the B resort. Convenient to go to the parks, Disney springs, hop on I4 and many restaurants just down a block or so. The rooms and lobby are the best part...very comfortable beds and modern look. High floors have a fantastic view of the city. The staff was very nice....I got to check in at 230pm on a Friday, free parking because I am an orbitz gold member and they also upgraded my room to a high floor without asking. Free blue champagne in the lobby when you checkin after 4. The only bad thing was the parking late at night, had to park a little far from the side door entrance and was a little creepy because the parking gates were open to all. But you can always valet for a few dollars more. Overall I would definitely recommend the B!
Parking fee $20 per day self park, $28 for valet, once you tell them you are self parking they are not interesting in helping with your baggage. I was struggling to carry 5 bags alone in the loading area from the car while the valet guys chatted with each other at their stand and it wasn't until after I was situated that the guy was like "oh want a hand"...The hotel lobby is beautiful and smells so nice and the front staff is great!!! I would give them a better rating but the valet staff killed that for me unfortunately. The room was subpar, I was in a "junior suite", which was advertised to have a bathtub and a large luxury standing shower...it only had a standing shower which was dirty, it had a large clump of dark hair in it which was SO disgusting to me!!! The room had a very small balcony, you couldn't even stand on it, definitely couldn't sit out on it, so I wouldnt even advertise it as a "balcony"...more like false advertisement if you ask me...the suite was not so "sweet" and way over priced for what it was. This place was hardly a "resort". I was really surprise, I am kind of a hotel snob, I only stay in nice places, usually only book suites, and always read reviews no matter the rating of the place before staying. This place had all good ratings and reviews so maybe I just caught a dirty room and a bad day. However this was my honest experience. Ive stayed many places in Orlando that are much nicer and cheaper than this. I won't return or personally recommend.
The hotel is nice but the food is too expensive, and the resort fee too high. Mostly my issue was with housekeeping. All morning and into the afternoon they would go in and out of the housekeeping room in our floor and slam the door. They woke us up a minimum of 10 times a day. I complain s more than once but nothing was ever done about it. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again.
Very close to all parks. Third time I stay here. The rooms are large and very new and modern.
Great experience atmosphere, staff, and location. Resultant inside was also great. No wait to check in and no wait to have fun!
The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. From the moment you walk in you can smell the cleanliness. The room was extremely spacious, two queen beds plus a couch sitting area and a huge bathroom with a jetted tub and full blown shower. The staff was great. My sister forgot her razor and the front desk offered her one for free instead of buying from gift shop. They even provided shaving cream. The resort fee was a little steep considering we only stayed one night and didn't use any of the amenities. We chose to valet our car for $6 extra dollars ($26 total per day). Was pricey but the valet guys always had our car waiting for us the minute we walked out. Will definitely be back!
For some reason I didn't expect the room to actually look like the hotel room , but the room was even better than the pics ! Definitely coming back.
The A/C was broken when we arrived and took 5 hours to repair and before the room started to cool. The same thing happened last year with the A/C- we go in a large group annually in November for Food & Wine. We were told it had to do with the building powering down and testing the generators. If so, why would it take so long to get it working again. And, this year, despite lowering the thermostat to the lowest setting, the room didn't cool enough. It was mentioned to the front desk clerk but all we received was an apology, not even a credit of any sort. It was very disappointing. Our group of 6 rooms may not be staying there any longer.
Staff called us at 6:45am to see if we wanted a cake delivered. (We did not order a cake). The fire alarm went off the next day at 3:45am. We had to switch rooms three times when we arrived due to no tub, (we asked for a room with a tub and shower), the second room smelled musty and had dirt and two menus on the floor. (They told us that it was the slow season and that was why it smelled musty). The third room we just stayed with.
