A rear covered patio with privacy curtains is a perfect place to gather to watch a Movie, play board games or just enjoy a beverage under the Florida sun. BUT to really take in the Movie experience, a Professionally designed STAR WARS theater room has been created for our guests, with a two tier theater seating, extra large 4K viewing and Ceiling fiber optic lights to create an incredible viewing experience.

As soon as you walk into the home, an open concept design awaits you which includes a beautiful GAME room containing a slate pool table and multiple Arcades for everyone to enjoy. There is ample seating for everyone to joy all areas of the home. The open concept allows the whole group to enjoy all areas of the home together even if they are busy in different activities.
