Este lugar tiene bonita localización pero la verdad está muy descuidado y sucio entras al cuarto y tiene un olor muy desagradable y lo que pagamos por una noche no fue barato. En el baño la mugre se mira en las orillas y el polvo por donde quiera pero solo fue una noche ..

View from the balcony was awesome. the room was large and roomy with a huge TV. The shower was really nice. My only complaint was that there was no elevator and I had trouble getting up the stairs.

It was a little older looking then I thought it was going to be, but it was very clean and has the best view in Gold Beach. I had King size bedroom over looking the Rogue river, with a view of the bridge and the bay. It was gorgeous! Friendly staff and a restaurant right across the street. I enjoyed my stay and will be coming back.

Stains in carpet.-needs to be lvp. Dirty patio doors, outside of ac unit is not on all the way. When we entered the room the door was open and the door is hard to shut. Neighbors kids were screaming. The bed was comfortable and clean other than the door. But great view!

The staff was in training so it took a little longer checking in. My credit card was charged to the wrong name and room number but the transaction was corrected immediately. There is a restaurant across the street that has very good clam chowder. The rooms could use a little upgrade. Curtains were hanging off the rail and we found the curtain clips on the floor. I collected the clips and made sure the staff knew we did not cause the damage. We enjoyed the view of the river. Even with the little upgrades needed, I would stay there again. It's a cute little area.

If you want to sleep in a sperm filled bed, and like carpets with 'who knows what' stains all over them, then this is the place for you. Everyone needs to know the pictures are not accurate-there is no gift shop or clean-looking building/rooms. What is sad is that when this place was sold in 2019, it has been nothing but downhill since. The main office is not clearly marked, and it's dark and intimidating to enter at night. The people who supposedly work as front desk greeters were wearing old, dirty, and torn clothes, as if they had just come off a fishing vessel, rather than being dressed for a 'resort' front desk position. The hotel was not under construction as one ad suggested, unless I was told by a local, it takes them over 6 years to renovate. The first-floor windows were covered in black plastic bags. The paint is chipping, the sign is faded and broken, and when you enter the room, the carpets are old and have large stains on them. The room smells awful, and one wall has a wood vinyl floor on it (?), and the bed -oh my! When you pull the covers back and see male DNA on the sheets, what more do I need to say? Not joking...I could go on, but really, do you need more disgusting images in your mind to know that this is not the place to stay ?!

Nice location. Room wasn’t awful, has a lot of potential to be much better with just a few things.. The doors are paper thin and you can hear everything from the hallway in the room. The carpet had a big stain that needs to be cleaned, kinda grossed me out because it looks like it would be an easy stain to clean and makes me wonder if the carpets have been cleaned at all since they were installed. The pillows are FLAT and the pillowcases were scratchy so bring your own pillows. All easy fixes that could take this place from okay to excellent.

So disappointing! The room was filthy! The floors were covered in dirt and sticky. The bathroom was even worse!! Hair around the toilet and in the shower! Completely grossed out but according to the front desk staff rooms were all sold out!

It's good for the price

Really nice staff, and great view of the river. Our room seemed to be in the middle of a reno because the closet was just an open and framed wood box. The carpet was definitely old and stained, but the bathroom looked remodeled. There is a restaurant close by but only open for breakfast on the weekend. We would probably stay again, especially when totally remodeled.

It’s very loud, you hear all your neighbors especially if on the 1st floor. Dated and dingy. The only thing I liked about it was the location. Stayed for 6 days and no one came to take out trash or cleaned my room. The next time I go on a fishing trip in Gold Beach I’ll definitely stay somewhere different. Not much of a “resort” imo the place needs a lot of work especially for the price
