If you want to sleep in a sperm filled bed, and like carpets with 'who knows what' stains all over them, then this is the place for you. Everyone needs to know the pictures are not accurate-there is no gift shop or clean-looking building/rooms. What is sad is that when this place was sold in 2019, it has been nothing but downhill since. The main office is not clearly marked, and it's dark and intimidating to enter at night. The people who supposedly work as front desk greeters were wearing old, dirty, and torn clothes, as if they had just come off a fishing vessel, rather than being dressed for a 'resort' front desk position. The hotel was not under construction as one ad suggested, unless I was told by a local, it takes them over 6 years to renovate. The first-floor windows were covered in black plastic bags. The paint is chipping, the sign is faded and broken, and when you enter the room, the carpets are old and have large stains on them. The room smells awful, and one wall has a wood vinyl floor on it (?), and the bed -oh my! When you pull the covers back and see male DNA on the sheets, what more do I need to say? Not joking...I could go on, but really, do you need more disgusting images in your mind to know that this is not the place to stay ?!

We are here for the view and boy did it deliver! The view from our bed of the Rogue River was gorgeous. The room was serviceable and the bed was comfortable and supportive. The shower is a small stall but everything was clean.

Would stay again if after complete renovation

Yeesh, this poor property needs a major overhaul. The pet friendly room carpet was nothing short of disgusting. Stains everywhere: on furniture, decor pillows, and curtains, daddy long leg spiders hanging out in the bathroom and inside(!) our entry door, and there’s a missing fixture where I think the bathroom exhaust fan should be—just a hole in the ceiling that sounds like a broken blender and may not be safe for operation. The beds were too soft but at least the sheets appeared clean. I tried not to think about things crawling on me at night with the condition of the floor and spidery roommates. The floor is also hollow so just walking normally through the room causes the furniture and decor to rattle, and we were abruptly awoken by the pungent smell of marijuana that we weren’t sure if it was coming from outside or inside. Speaking of outside, there is a big fluorescent light on the balcony that guests have no way to shut off. There is no breakfast option and judging by the condition of the room, my son decided not to check out the pool. The few redeeming qualities were that the pillows were comfortable, the River view off the balcony is beautiful, our room had a GIANT flat screen TV, and there seemed to be a plethora of sheriffs staying at the same time so I felt safe. The front desk staff was also very friendly and accommodating of our early checkin which was much appreciated. If this place got a total gut job and renovation, it would really be a gem.

This is an average hotel in a great location. The room was comfortable, with a great view of the river. The room could have been cleaner. They do not provide housekeeping unless you request it. When I requested new towels, they did not remove the used ones. I emptied the trash can and needed to go to the front office for a new liner. We had a large family event there, and the establishment tolerated a lot of requests and complaints from our group. It's a convenient location to river and beach activities.

They allowed illegal fireworks right on the property all evening. Excruciating noise for our trying to sleep and our small dog. Fireworks even damaging our car. Property took no responsibility.
