This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. It's close by Disneyland with a free shuttle. The room we stayed at was pretty roomy, staff was nice and helpful. If I had to pick on something, they could use some money on remodeling. Even though the hotel is clean, some modernization is always welcome

Easy access to all accommodations that the hotel had to offer.

The Location of the hotel was close to Disneyland park and they have shuttle bus to take the guests there. However, i wasn't quite impressed with the room- Pooled water in the bath tub after use. I have to call the maintenance for repair.

Decent hotel which is close to Disney parks, has shuttle bus service running all day which leaves every 30 minutes to and from parks, which is nice. Overall pretty decent for the price. Really only complaint is bathrooms are a bit small, but the room size is larger then a standard hotel room. Also, they charge $16 per day to park on site, but worth it because of the free shuttle service working all day.

Hotel looks nice from the outside but not so good on the inside under construction.. and also front desk help was horrible!

The hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland and restaurants. Some rooms have been remodeled. The one we stayed in is outdated and the plumbing was pretty bad. The water backed up in the tub and sink. The water in sink was scorching hot.

It's an old hotel but comfortable and close to the parks. Had the perfect view of the fireworks from the pool!

Great location, loved shuttle to Disneyland. Great buffet for breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Have stayed here twice and loved it both times.

Excellent hotel great staff free shuttle service to park every 30 min or 15 to 20 min walk to park only complaint would be hotel needs major remodeling

Close to Disney with a shuttle. Nice spacious rooms.

Everything was great. Loved the free shuttle to Disneyland, made for a smoother stay with kids. Very clean rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly. Overall was a great stay. Could use some updating in rooms though but would stay again.

We got the room with the castle bunk beds which was magical for our 4 yr old. Having the shuttle run every 30 minutes to and from Disney was very nice. The queen bed wasn't comfortable and you could hear the freeway outside the window. The resturant has reasonable prices and there was a deli that was open very early and closed late which makes it nice if your on a different time zone. The deli also had inexpensive Disney souvenirs. The gardens weren't very majestic!

The queen beds and pillows were the best!! Only issue I had was the housekeepers didn't do the best and the bathroom had knicks and the bathtub could of been cleaner. Also the eggs tasted bland and powdered.

Friendly staff, free busing to Disney every half hour, and clean, comfortable rooms that were bed bug free. The hotel also offers a great backstory about Shadow, their very own snow dragon. This kept my two girls entertained for hours and made their stay magical. Nice pool, well kept grounds. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The staff was great and helped us out repeatedly even though we were only staying one night.

Great place all around except that when departing the hotel, there is a scam going on in which a man in a black suburban will pose as your hired driver and lie to you when your real driver isn't there yet (that you already paid for), luckily my real driver got there in time and I exited the scammer's car! My driver suspects that the valet staff is in on the scam!! I hope not, they sure didn't do anything when it happened right in front of their eyes! They did not seem concerned at all! So always make sure you know your pick up vehicles and make them tell you your name first!! I've stayed at that hotel numerous times and never had any issues. I hope the valet issues get resolved!

We've stayed here a number of times as we are annual pass holders at Disneyland. There are some redeeming qualities, such as the shuttle, the restaurant is halfway decent, lobby is nice, the rooms are more spacious than other hotels. That all seems dwarfed though by the lack of care from management and bad service. Last time I checked the privacy card on the door meant stay out of the room. We left that up our first day because we didn't want the room cleaned and the cleaner took it off and helped herself to our room anyways. I didn't have everything put away hence the reason why I didn't want service. I had to go through and take inventory of everything to make sure nothing was stolen. If you can't read and understand what those privacy signs mean, then perhaps you shouldn't be working. Also- this last trip we took there I was actually injured, badly from getting out of the shower. In the back building the regular cheap bathtub inserts are placed on top of a 5-6 inch slab so when you're in the shower it feels like standard height but go to get out and WATCH YOUR STEP! There is NOTHING POSTED about the height difference. I misjudged the height difference and slammed my right knee into the toilet and feel forward and jammed my shoulder into the edge of the wall where the vanity is. Still hurts bad. I cant lift my right arm up past a few inches without pain. No more! We will stick with Candy cane Inn or the Hilton

It is beautiful. Amenities were excellent. Really impressed. The shuttles to the parks were always on time. And the staff provided all the help they could.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The shuttle to Disneyland was frequent and I was happy not to walk to my hotel at the end of a long day roaming the parks. One warning, put the do not disturb on your door if you want to sleep in (they were knocking to come in at 8:30!)

The room so comfortable the bed so good The shuttle to Disney its very easy to go and back The pool it's good
