Bathtub leaked all night.. elevator in building we stayed sounded super screechy like it didn’t have much life left and breakfast buffet was awful and overpriced..p.s. parking is rediculous and it’s $18 a day ..staff was great on the positive side.

Easy to get to Disneyland or around the area People that work there are great after a few days they will recognize you and greet you will

Check in was fast and easy. Room was large and modern. Shuttle to the park was great and vey convenient. Bed was kind of hard for my liking. Couldn't get the shower to be warm. Overall, a pretty good experience.

Convenient shuttle service to Disneyland. It only took 5 min from parking lot to drop off at security line.

Great stay great price and great room , enjoyed the view of fireworks and bar staff was awesome

We explored parls, and close by cities in between, a lot to do, then relaxed at the hotel by the pool and hottub. Food was a bit pricey but decent quality, my kids loved the room service, BBQ ribs and the deserts. The every half hour shuttle ride to and from to Disneyland was appreciated and convenience. Hotel Princess greeting was a treat to my 8yes old. The sheets were a bit itchy although we didn't find any bedbugs.

Everything was good, except there were tiny ants crawling up and down the walls of the bathroom.

Staff was very nice. Room was old and dirty. The wallpaper was torn, the carpet was dirty and the dresser by the bed has boogers or something on it. I wiped it down and they came off.

Had to request another room carpet was very dirty. Breakfast was affordable, kids under 12 should be free though. Get your tickets at the hotel. Don't get vouchers online, because the wait at the park to covert to tickets is about an hour. Son complained about gnats in the restroom of our room.

The Most Comfortable Beds ever, also the place on the outside looks like a village from a Disney movie.

The overall stay was nice. This hotel is dated. The beds were comfortable. The walls are thin, you could hear your neighbor talk, their TV, and when taking a shower, I noticed lots of patch work done on walls. This hotel needs a little face lift. But over all, nice experience. We LOVED the shuttle driver, he had such personality, and such a friendly attitude.

Good location. We stayed in the Garden towers. It seems like the garden tower rooms are older and not as nice as the other part. The free shuttle was a nice perk of staying there. Breakfast buffet was ok.

We had a great stay! The shuttle service to Disney was amazing. There were plenty of buses and the drivers were great! All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel does need a bit of a remodel, but everything was still very clean and comfortable!

The hotel would have gotten a five star...it was clean, great location and very nice. My last night at the hotel I went down to the pool area and fell into the pool drain (not properly covered because the lid was broken). I hurt my right leg leg pretty badly. My friend went and got the manager however the manager never came out or took my information. They did send a staff member to bring a wheelchair so I can get to my room. I requested for the drain cover to be fixed ASAP. During check out the next day, the issue was never corrected. Seemed like the front staff was very concerned due to my swelling and lacerations and the incident that occurred. The managers on the other hand have down nothing. I would not stay here again.

Was exited to stay here as we were visiting Disneyland from Texas. We tried to check in early and I understand there was not a room available. We took the shuttle to Disneyland wich was great.Took it back from Disneyland as well.Once we officially had our room...it was a total let down. There were huge stains on the carpet also on the sofa chairs. It was gross. While getting the kids ready for a bath the water clogged and wouldnt drain unless I turned off the water.Truly I would not stay here again.

They upgraded our room for free. What a surprised.

It was right next to Disneyland, so it was highly accessible. Everyone was friendly and room was nice and clean.

Great! Close to the park and very clean. Has a very big fireplace near the bar which is perfect.

We had to add an extra day to the beginning of our stay and were told we could have the room we had booked for the next two nights. I chose to spend a little more money on a nicer room when I originally booked, but when we got to the hotel the room the gave us was not the one I booked. When we asked if we could switch the the room we had originally booked the girl at the front desk said “yes, but the only difference is the carpet and wall paper” this was not true our first room was just gross and unclean but the second one was really nice. My other complaint is in the description of our room booking it said garden view but we had a view of an office building.

I really enjoyed staying here. It is an easy walk to the parks and they have a very impressive looking shuttle bus. The condition of the hotel itself was exactly what I would expect from a building that’s been around so long. Little things required attention, but the overall quality was well above what I was expecting from the photos. It features expansive courtyards and well maintained gardens. I will stay again.
