Our hotel room was located seperate from the main building. The room was nice but has an obstructed view. However you can see the fire works over the next building. Also the bathroom needs to be updated as stains and rust were clearly visible. When room service was ordered, the menu states children plates for adults were additional $3. Unnecessary!

Was able to check in super early & enjoy an afternoon of lounging by the pool with a tropical drink - an unexpected pleasure. Room was huge but the bathroom small & dated- the tub stopper was not useable. Overall a great experience enjoyed dining on the patio.

One of many stays here. Quick and friendly check-in, up graded our room to give us a beautiful view of the Disneyland fireworks.

I'll start off my saying the shuttle this hotel offers to and from Disneyland is amazing. The shuttle drivers are awesome and they're great about running multiple when it gets busy. As for the rest of the hotel, I wouldn't recommend it. The most recent time I stayed here I reserved a standard room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived past midnight I was told I was being upgraded to a deluxe room. Great! I thought until I went into the room and found only one king size bed which didn't work well for us at all. The pillows in the room had holes in them and the couch had stains. The latch on the door was broken but because it was so late I didn't bother calling and we just went to bed to try and start fresh the next day. When I showered the next day I found out that the drain was clogged so the tub completely filled up whenever we showered. The entire experience was awful. I brought this to the hotels attention upon checkout and all I got was an argument from the staff member, an insincere apology and a goodbye.

First off I never write reviews. This hotel was so disappointing, I felt the need to. I stay in 15-20 hotels a year between nor cal and so cal and have seen many brands. Checking in was beyond slow. 3 people working the busiest time of day. The line to check in was rediculous. One fellow checking in had his phone on the desk with the timer running whle they attempted to get his room squared away. I stood in line almost 20 minutes and he was there before me and still there when I left. Hotel lobby was nice, but the corridors and rooms were disgusting. Ceiling tiles with stains from leaking roofs or utilities, shower was half working and rotten with mold, furniture was mostly broken as the tops would slide off if you bumped it, beds literally felt like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. The carpet was filthy and all bunched up as to the point of tripping if you didn't pay attention. I can't believe this hotel has the high rating it does. Beyond dissatisfied and would never stay here again. Last minute Disney trip on the way home from Irvine almost spoiled.

First visit, pleasantly surprised. Very large, clean room, comfortable bed. Believe main lobby and menu; needs updating. Would stay again and recommend. Accommodating staff.

We stayed here with a 1 year old and planned on her taking a nap in the room during the day, however the room was not quiet. It's close to a major street and has old windows so when sirens from an ambulance went by she was instantly awake. So much for that idea! I didn't get much sleep at night either. I had to shove make shift ear plugs in (made of toilet paper) and put a pillow over my head to even sleep. Hallways were also super hot because they were not air conditioned so lugging bags to the room was super fun....and sweaty. Bottom line this hotel needs to get with the times. If all you are expecting is a free shuttle to the resort then stay here.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. It's close by Disneyland with a free shuttle. The room we stayed at was pretty roomy, staff was nice and helpful. If I had to pick on something, they could use some money on remodeling. Even though the hotel is clean, some modernization is always welcome

Easy access to all accommodations that the hotel had to offer.

The Location of the hotel was close to Disneyland park and they have shuttle bus to take the guests there. However, i wasn't quite impressed with the room- Pooled water in the bath tub after use. I have to call the maintenance for repair.

Decent hotel which is close to Disney parks, has shuttle bus service running all day which leaves every 30 minutes to and from parks, which is nice. Overall pretty decent for the price. Really only complaint is bathrooms are a bit small, but the room size is larger then a standard hotel room. Also, they charge $16 per day to park on site, but worth it because of the free shuttle service working all day.

Hotel looks nice from the outside but not so good on the inside under construction.. and also front desk help was horrible!

The hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland and restaurants. Some rooms have been remodeled. The one we stayed in is outdated and the plumbing was pretty bad. The water backed up in the tub and sink. The water in sink was scorching hot.

It's an old hotel but comfortable and close to the parks. Had the perfect view of the fireworks from the pool!

Great location, loved shuttle to Disneyland. Great buffet for breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Have stayed here twice and loved it both times.

Excellent hotel great staff free shuttle service to park every 30 min or 15 to 20 min walk to park only complaint would be hotel needs major remodeling

Close to Disney with a shuttle. Nice spacious rooms.

Everything was great. Loved the free shuttle to Disneyland, made for a smoother stay with kids. Very clean rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly. Overall was a great stay. Could use some updating in rooms though but would stay again.

We got the room with the castle bunk beds which was magical for our 4 yr old. Having the shuttle run every 30 minutes to and from Disney was very nice. The queen bed wasn't comfortable and you could hear the freeway outside the window. The resturant has reasonable prices and there was a deli that was open very early and closed late which makes it nice if your on a different time zone. The deli also had inexpensive Disney souvenirs. The gardens weren't very majestic!

The queen beds and pillows were the best!! Only issue I had was the housekeepers didn't do the best and the bathroom had knicks and the bathtub could of been cleaner. Also the eggs tasted bland and powdered.
