Great! Close to the park and very clean. Has a very big fireplace near the bar which is perfect.

We had to add an extra day to the beginning of our stay and were told we could have the room we had booked for the next two nights. I chose to spend a little more money on a nicer room when I originally booked, but when we got to the hotel the room the gave us was not the one I booked. When we asked if we could switch the the room we had originally booked the girl at the front desk said “yes, but the only difference is the carpet and wall paper” this was not true our first room was just gross and unclean but the second one was really nice. My other complaint is in the description of our room booking it said garden view but we had a view of an office building.

I really enjoyed staying here. It is an easy walk to the parks and they have a very impressive looking shuttle bus. The condition of the hotel itself was exactly what I would expect from a building that’s been around so long. Little things required attention, but the overall quality was well above what I was expecting from the photos. It features expansive courtyards and well maintained gardens. I will stay again.

My adult daughter and I took a vacation to Disneyland & Universal Studios. We stayed 4 nights at the Anaheim Majestic and were pleased with our choice of hotel. The room had ample space for the two of us. The bathroom was a bit snug for two women traveling together, but we managed to make it work. We especially appreciated the free shuttle to and from Disneyland which ran every 30 minutes. We found the main lounge area comfortable and inviting as we had a 45 minute wait after check out for our shuttle to arrive. At all times we found the staff to be friendly and accommodating and we would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel near Disneyland Resort. Older property with large rooms and wonderful amenities. Kids love the pool because it is large and goes to 9 feet deep. One of our favorite hotels near Disneyland.

This was my second time staying at the Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel. Because it was a weekday stay, it was more affordable and less crowded. I stayed in a 2nd floor room which, apart from the nightly fireworks, was very quiet and comfortable. The only reason I don’t give it higher marks is because the bathroom was very cramped even though the room was very spacious. The door nearly hits the toilet and leaves little room on the floor for a bath towel. I would have used their Disneyland shuttle but we had free parking at Disney and wanted to arrive at the gate early. Being an Orbitz member, I also received a discount to dine at the hotel, but did not use it.

Overall it was a decent stay. My only complaint is that I opted to stay in a non smoking room but the hallway outside my room had a strong cigarette smell that would get all over my clothes and hair. Not to far from my room they had an outside smoking pit right next to the exit door. Every time you open it the ciggarete smell poors in.

We booked this hotel for a Disney trip and found it to be very nice. Our room was comfortable. We didn’t try their restaurant, unfortunately. Also, we were pleased to find out there was a free shuttle to Disneyland, a great alternative if you’re tired of walking—it’s over a mile walk from the hotel, through Downtown Disney to the park gates. Our only critique is that the room outlets need to be updated: some of our phone chargers literally fell out because it was too loose. But we would still likely stay there again!

Old and unkept. No effort to maintain hote coud be nice but not. Location is ok but cheaperbetter hotels closer. The best part of the hotel was the shuttle. However, there was a 45 min wait at night with too many guests waiting and not enough buses running so we took a cab instead. Not going to be staying there again!

Rooms were large and spotless- had a connecting room with my son's family so the grandkids could run back and forth. Worked out perfectly. Friendly staff - stored our luggage so on our last day we could go to a Character breakfast and stroll through Downtown Disney. My granddaughter loved that she was staying in a castle. Very large hotel-

We got a VIP upgrade to a King Suite, which really improved our experience. There was a ton of space and privacy. The lobby was very well done - a lot of space for lounging and very comfortable. With that said, had we just received a standard room, I'm not sure that we would have enjoyed our stay as much. The Anaheim Majestic seems to be in the middle of making much-needed upgrades to its rooms, and that definitely shows. All the furnishings were serviceable, but old and showing signs of wear - basically, this hotel would have been great during the 1980s, but is now outdated. Most annoyingly, the thermostat was broken during the duration of our stay, and our room was stuck in the 60s the whole time. To the hotel's credit, the front desk sent up an engineer to deal with our complaint right away, but he wasn't able to fix it. It was very late and the only option was to switch to a different room, which would have been a hassle, so we just toughed it out. The shuttles to Disney were a huge plus - supposedly, they only run every 30 minutes, but they seemed to be very plentiful and efficient, albeit old. This hotel is serviceable if you are in Anaheim to go to Disney and do not plan to stay in your hotel much.

The hotel's map needs to be updated. Couldn't find our room number in building G like we were told and assigned in the hotel's map. We were looking for our room for 20 minutes until decided to go back to front desk for more help. Our room was in building P. The bathroom has no air ventilation.

Wonderful experience year after year! Jose at bar a wonderful man and will a reason why my whole family comes back next year. All day at parks with excellent shuttle and great happy hour and food. Restaurant excellent and all around great experience again and again!! Jose the man— we will be back for many years!

Hotel stay was awesome. Almost like your at a Disney Hotel. Stayed during Xmas and it was all decorated, very pretty. Breakfast buffet was good & very inexpensive. Only gripe was when calling front desk to see if we could check in earlier...no one answered. Overall, would stay in this hotel again. Drive to Theme Park was literally less than 1/2 mile away.

Nice hotel, facilities and restaurants are good. The only thing that was odd was our Duvet cover was really wrinkled, which is not normal for a hotel. But everything was clean and the rooms was large. Pool and hot tub access was right outside and the location is great, shuttle to Disneyland is a great perk! Also, nice to have a restaurant and the deli for quick food or groceries! You can also buy tickets at their Disney desk and get advice.

The rooms were pretty spacious and clean. Queen bed so comfortable. Guest services in lobby extremely customer focus as were the shuttle bus and housekeeping. Really enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

The Majestic Gardens was a visual pleasure from the moment you walk in the door. Dressed in Christmas decorations it was a delight. The rooms were spacious and clean I don't know what could be done to fix static electric sparks in the hallways. Everyone seemed to get a shock.

Bed not very comfortable but staff very nice and rooms are good size

Hotel was sufficient for the stay. Not what we were hoping it would be and didn't meet expectations of the hotel we used to stay at that closed.

Can’t say much. Mostly just slept there. The snack place does need to stay open longer because there are people who do leave the park after 11
