The hotel was definitely adequate for the price. However, it needs some repairs and updates. The room had stained carpet and peeling wallpaper on the window sill. The bathroom needed some general repairs (new counters, new caulking in the shower, etc.). The lobby was nice and the deli area was very convenient and friendly especially for the morning coffee. I did get a sale on the room and I would stay there again for that price.

We were impressed with the spacious rooms, beautiful gardens, friendly and helpful staff and reasonably priced and tasty meals. A tram that leaves every 30 minutes to Disneyland is a plus. We will definitely be back.

This hotel was fine, the room was pretty clean. The location in regards to how close it is to Disney, perfect! The staff was very accommodating and kind. The biggest complaint is that construction is going on in the hotel and they still book the rooms directly below and next to this said construction. I didn't see that construction was going on on the website nor did they say a word about it upon check-in. It starts at 7am M-F and 8am on weekends. If you have a baby that is a light sleeper, or you yourself are a light sleeper...this may not be the place for you!!

Stayed 8/6/17 - 8/9/17 in a room with 2 queen sized beds. Room was clean and good sized with a mini-fridge that actually worked and kept things cold. Bathroom was sufficient, clean, not particularly "modern or renovated" but definitely worked. Hotel offers free shuttle to the Disneyland Resort and drops you right outside security checkpoint for entry which was nice. However, shuttle advertised as leaving twice an hour and picking up from Disneyland twice an hour, during busy times (first couple of hours in the morning around park opening time and at night 8-midnight), there are more shuttles running, but definitely not consistently and often there is a long line of others staying in the hotel waiting to board ahead of you. Plan ahead and be aware if you want to use the shuttle during peak times that you way have a wait.

Dirty room, stinks The room was not in good condition.

Rude staff, terrible air conditioner in room, Shuttle service needs improved. Parking fee and parking entrance with card are crazy

After a night at Disneyland it was easy to find and closer to the theme park

First room bathroom was dirty and food still left in fridge. There was also a hole in the wall. Description of room said room with a view, our view was of the fwy. Staff moved us to the second floor where two people could only fit up the elevator and the sink was broken.

Everyone was beyond helpful and accommodating. They changed our room to a closer location for us and helped us with reservations and helpful hint. The staff is quite charming and easy to talk to you.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Some hotel staff were kind, others were not. The restaurant staff was amazing, and the buffet was great! Pretty expensive, but cheaper than purchasing off the menu. There were a lot of flies on the food though, but it was very hot there. Biggest complaint was the bed. We were told all the beds were purchased at the same place and were all firm. This bed was like sleeping on a board. My husband's back went out, my neck was out and we asked for a new room, but the bed would be the same we were told. They did give us a new mattress, but still very hard. They added another comforter, but they had bunting inside of them, and were paper thin. The blankets were terrible:( After we received the new mattress, I had bumps all over the left side of my face and arm. They were like little water blisters all over. Made us worry about this mattress. But, the staff did try, it was management that didn't go the extra mile. We stayed there for 6 nights, so imagine how much pain we were in when we left. We wanted to switch hotels, but nothing was available. There were no vouchers given or anything extra due to the painful bed, so be prepared for extra firm. My husband was forced to sleep on the floor. Very disheartening, as this was our first trip without our kids. We had a king suite. Picture showed a couch in the room, we had a chair and small table, no microwave. Great pool, small hot tub. Shuttle service was the best part! Bed was miserable though:(

Close to Disney, staff frendly. Checking in is too late and they will charge you if you want to check in early.

Our hotel room was located seperate from the main building. The room was nice but has an obstructed view. However you can see the fire works over the next building. Also the bathroom needs to be updated as stains and rust were clearly visible. When room service was ordered, the menu states children plates for adults were additional $3. Unnecessary!

Was able to check in super early & enjoy an afternoon of lounging by the pool with a tropical drink - an unexpected pleasure. Room was huge but the bathroom small & dated- the tub stopper was not useable. Overall a great experience enjoyed dining on the patio.

One of many stays here. Quick and friendly check-in, up graded our room to give us a beautiful view of the Disneyland fireworks.

I'll start off my saying the shuttle this hotel offers to and from Disneyland is amazing. The shuttle drivers are awesome and they're great about running multiple when it gets busy. As for the rest of the hotel, I wouldn't recommend it. The most recent time I stayed here I reserved a standard room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived past midnight I was told I was being upgraded to a deluxe room. Great! I thought until I went into the room and found only one king size bed which didn't work well for us at all. The pillows in the room had holes in them and the couch had stains. The latch on the door was broken but because it was so late I didn't bother calling and we just went to bed to try and start fresh the next day. When I showered the next day I found out that the drain was clogged so the tub completely filled up whenever we showered. The entire experience was awful. I brought this to the hotels attention upon checkout and all I got was an argument from the staff member, an insincere apology and a goodbye.

First off I never write reviews. This hotel was so disappointing, I felt the need to. I stay in 15-20 hotels a year between nor cal and so cal and have seen many brands. Checking in was beyond slow. 3 people working the busiest time of day. The line to check in was rediculous. One fellow checking in had his phone on the desk with the timer running whle they attempted to get his room squared away. I stood in line almost 20 minutes and he was there before me and still there when I left. Hotel lobby was nice, but the corridors and rooms were disgusting. Ceiling tiles with stains from leaking roofs or utilities, shower was half working and rotten with mold, furniture was mostly broken as the tops would slide off if you bumped it, beds literally felt like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. The carpet was filthy and all bunched up as to the point of tripping if you didn't pay attention. I can't believe this hotel has the high rating it does. Beyond dissatisfied and would never stay here again. Last minute Disney trip on the way home from Irvine almost spoiled.

First visit, pleasantly surprised. Very large, clean room, comfortable bed. Believe main lobby and menu; needs updating. Would stay again and recommend. Accommodating staff.

We stayed here with a 1 year old and planned on her taking a nap in the room during the day, however the room was not quiet. It's close to a major street and has old windows so when sirens from an ambulance went by she was instantly awake. So much for that idea! I didn't get much sleep at night either. I had to shove make shift ear plugs in (made of toilet paper) and put a pillow over my head to even sleep. Hallways were also super hot because they were not air conditioned so lugging bags to the room was super fun....and sweaty. Bottom line this hotel needs to get with the times. If all you are expecting is a free shuttle to the resort then stay here.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. It's close by Disneyland with a free shuttle. The room we stayed at was pretty roomy, staff was nice and helpful. If I had to pick on something, they could use some money on remodeling. Even though the hotel is clean, some modernization is always welcome

Easy access to all accommodations that the hotel had to offer.
