I was excited to try this hotel since it was just a short walk from Disneyland. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming and even got or room to us early which was great because we got to the hotel at 1030am. Upon walking in the room was small. At first I thought it was nice to have the new wood floors...but as our week progressed I realized it make it very noisy. You could hear the people above you SO easily , the floors got dirty really fast especially with little ones and because they use to have carpet there was a larger gap between the front door and floor which made a super loud wind tunnel noise that we have to put a towel over at night in order to fall asleep and the AC unit was really loud also. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom which was really hot if you have 2-4 people needing showers at night. The pool area was small...hot tub TINY so at night you couldn't even get a spot in the hot tub if it was a busy evening. Lastly, the elevators are awful in thr morning when you are trying to get to Disney. They have three for what seems like the entire hotel (I think that's it) and they get really full fast and you literally end up waiting 10 minutes just to get on and you couldn't even walk because their stairs were closed??!! Overall I was so frustrated I didn't just go with what we did last time (Disneyland hotel) because this just was not enjoyable.

Walking distance to Disney Land Parks. Friendly staff

The hotel is nice but the rooms are very small for a Disneyland room with a family. The sofapull out bed looks a decent size but it resemble more of a army cot when out. Staff was friendly and efficient it is perfect for walking to and from the park.

Nice hotel right across the street from Disneyland. The hotel is clean and updated. The only negative about this hotel is the rooms are a bit small and the towels feel like sand paper.

Great location and staff but expensive and I was told we didn't get the complimentary breakfast. The store inside the hotel was really expensive just for water. Then valet parking and tipping. Then to see the same hotel half price after our stay I was quite angry and felt super gouged. Will not repeat the experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect!

A hotel charge of $18 per day for valet service even if you do not use your vehicle. They should call it a $18 per day parking fee. We could have stayed at a better hotel further away for the same price then driven to Disneyland where you pay $3 less to park.

They put us in a room next to elevator. The room was not sound proof. Beds really uncomfortable.

I always have a good stay. They are so much more welcoming than the Disney hotels.

Maid service needs improvement. Looked like beds where half made. No towel replacement and rug was not vaccumed enough.

Friendly staff. They greet you every time too! Fast food available on site. General store on site. Close to other restaurants. Walking distance to Disneyland.

We chose this hotel due to it's price and proximity to Disneyland and it worked out great. Such easy access to the parks. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very pleasant.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel because of the friendly staff.

Dresser drawers old and slides out on its own when you open other drawers. Engineering came up 2x to fix. Never got fixed. Doors splintered at the bottom. No vent in shower. Brown ring inside bathtub. Best thing going for hotel is location and nice employees!

The staff was so friendly. The hotel was a perfect location and it was very clean and modern. Definitely would come back here again if I visit this area.

Hotel was very nice. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Stayed here twice in November. Great location for Disney access. Clean rooms with wall-sticky type Disney decor, but we didn't stay here for that. Great place if you mainly going to be at the park all day, but they do have a small arcade with video games and an air hockey table. Would be nice to have breakfast included or at least coffee. Avoid rooms next to the elevators as you can hear them run all night. Overall comfortable and convenient place.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Anaheim for the convenience our our son who ran in the half marathon. This is the only local hotel with no shuttle to the park. I was also very surprised at the outdoor corridors to the rooms. The staff was beyond kind and helpful and there were many nice sitting areas around the property. As a disabled person, I found the doors to the restrooms too heavy and our room door stuck at the top making it hard to open and close for all of us. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the bath products nice. I really liked the grippy feel of the bath floor tile, but the room itself was tiny with the sink in the bedroom area. I would recommend only because of the staff, and not the property itself.

This hotel was comfortable and very close as promised. What I should have paid a little more attention to was the square footage of the room. We are used to a much larger room style. I did almost decide at the end of the night to switch hotels, but traveling with a 4 year old... We were however on top of each other while walking by the beds. Also there was no place to escape when we came back to room for the 4 year old to nap. That night the fireworks were right in front of us on the 9th floor and the view spectacular! We are used to a balcony or something. Although the beds were very comfortable, I couldn't help but feel that directly under the bottom sheet was a plastic cover, but I didn't want to look. The air worked great and we used it a lot. The staff was wonderful, EVERYONE was chipper and very pleasant. My grandson and husband said the pool was a little cold, but no biggie. I would recommend this to anyone who planned on spending their entire trip open to close at Disneyland.

Location, Location, Location...That about sums it up. If you want to stay close to Disneyland, this is one of your options. Don't expect too much, but the location is good for a place to lay your head at night. The staff was friendly and let us park one extra day (for a $15 fee of course) and checked our bags while we enjoyed Disneyland on our last day of stay. We felt like the place should have cost us about $50 or more less per night, but we don't really have any comparison for the price and location as this was our first stay in many years near Disneyland.
