The staff was top notch!!!! But The hotel is old and the rooms have been somewhat remodeled. The room we had the bathroom door didn't close or lock, the air conditioner leaked all over the floor and got our luggage wet! The positive is walking distance to Disneyland and the staff!

Stayed on an engagement trip to Disneyland. The hotel was great; very friendly. The valet was quick and efficient.

Very nice hotel that is easily accessible from Disneyland. No need to worry about catching a shuttle back to your hotel or parking lot. Staff is very friendly and took care of any needs or concerns. We did not have a vehicle on this trip, as we decided to fly into John Wayne Airport; so be aware there is a daily parking fee. Apart from the easy walk to Disneyland, there are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. We were also able to see the fireworks from our hotel room door, on the evenings we left the park early. The rooms were very clean and the a/c units kept our rooms very comfortable.

I've been going to Disney about once a month for the last year and I've remained pretty loyal to a different hotel, but switched to this one this stay because of a dissapointing experience at my last hotel. I could not have made a better decision. This hotel was perfect for a Disney trip. The rooms are decorated in Disney fashion, there is plenty of parking, the whole hotel was clean, and they are very efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was in a great location. You could even watch the Disneyland fireworks from the balcony. I think parking was a little too expensive, but everything else was great

Great upgrades. Short walk thru parking lot to Disneyland. Staff was wonderful.

This was a good spot to stay for a Disneyland vacation. The rooms were clean and the staff was great!

Perfect location for our Disney trip. Lots of restaurant options. Can easily walk to and from of the parks to get a break. Pool was pretty small for the size of the hotel.

Great, clean room. Helpful staff and loved the proximity to Disneyland and California Adventure. Wish there were microwaves in room and better parking otherwise it was a great stay. We'll be back!

We loved this hotel for our Disneyland trip! They have renovated since our last stay three years ago! The rooms are comfortable, the hotel is clean, the coloration of the building facade is pleasing, the staff is so friendly, the beds are luxurious, the Panera restaurant in front is convenient, and the pool is refreshing after a day in the sun! Having access to sign into our Netflix or Hulu account on the TV in our room is brillant! I can't say enough good things. The hotel arranged car service for our family to attend mass at a nearby Catholic parish on Sunday. When a teen age couple got a bit too overt and amorous in the pool, security intervened to remind the kids this was a family hotel! The walking distance to Disneyland was very manageable. This is a fantastic hotel for a family Disneyland experience!

I was excited to try this hotel since it was just a short walk from Disneyland. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming and even got or room to us early which was great because we got to the hotel at 1030am. Upon walking in the room was small. At first I thought it was nice to have the new wood floors...but as our week progressed I realized it make it very noisy. You could hear the people above you SO easily , the floors got dirty really fast especially with little ones and because they use to have carpet there was a larger gap between the front door and floor which made a super loud wind tunnel noise that we have to put a towel over at night in order to fall asleep and the AC unit was really loud also. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom which was really hot if you have 2-4 people needing showers at night. The pool area was small...hot tub TINY so at night you couldn't even get a spot in the hot tub if it was a busy evening. Lastly, the elevators are awful in thr morning when you are trying to get to Disney. They have three for what seems like the entire hotel (I think that's it) and they get really full fast and you literally end up waiting 10 minutes just to get on and you couldn't even walk because their stairs were closed??!! Overall I was so frustrated I didn't just go with what we did last time (Disneyland hotel) because this just was not enjoyable.

Walking distance to Disney Land Parks. Friendly staff

The hotel is nice but the rooms are very small for a Disneyland room with a family. The sofapull out bed looks a decent size but it resemble more of a army cot when out. Staff was friendly and efficient it is perfect for walking to and from the park.

Nice hotel right across the street from Disneyland. The hotel is clean and updated. The only negative about this hotel is the rooms are a bit small and the towels feel like sand paper.

Great location and staff but expensive and I was told we didn't get the complimentary breakfast. The store inside the hotel was really expensive just for water. Then valet parking and tipping. Then to see the same hotel half price after our stay I was quite angry and felt super gouged. Will not repeat the experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect!

A hotel charge of $18 per day for valet service even if you do not use your vehicle. They should call it a $18 per day parking fee. We could have stayed at a better hotel further away for the same price then driven to Disneyland where you pay $3 less to park.

They put us in a room next to elevator. The room was not sound proof. Beds really uncomfortable.

I always have a good stay. They are so much more welcoming than the Disney hotels.

Maid service needs improvement. Looked like beds where half made. No towel replacement and rug was not vaccumed enough.
