Negatives: No blankets except very thin one between sheet and tablecloth- like bedspread. Only 2 small rounds of soap for entire condo. Sofa could be replaced. BaOtherwise it was fine.Positives: Vacasa was very quick to solve problems the 2 times I contacted them.

The view was wonderful! The condo was very clean. We had trouble with the app checking in and the door lock was a little troublesome at first. It also took several attempts by us and the front desk to get ahold of the local property management, which was frustrating, but they really came through in the end. We would rent again.

The view was amazing! We stayed in early November (off peak season) so the beach was not crowded at all. We had it to ourselves mostly. We didn't stay in the condo other than to sleep and shower. The condo itself is slightly outdated but in good shape. The toilets are very small and don't flush without holding down the handle. The linens in the main bedroom are off white (but should've been white) and had an odd smell. The two chairs in the living room need to be cleaned as the arms are dirty from people's hands. The condo itself was musty smelling. The building itself is mostly clean and definitely quiet. Overall great stay.

Location was great. Very clean. Twin beds were fairly comfortable but noisy. Springs squeaked with every position change. Linens were cheap and thin. But adequate. Overall a good stay.

Beautiful view and good seating on the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. My only complaints are minor - there were no blankets (which is a problem when you are with people who like the place cooler than you) and the headboard in the master was filthy.

Great location!

Overall it was a great place to stay, had problems with the air system being dirty mold type. Had communication with the agent and problem was not resolved while we were there. Called the day of check out to let me know they are going out to fix tge problem. are goi f ro fi

Upon opening the front door the smell of Clorox about knocked us off the balcony. We had to open every door and window to air it out. The master suite bathroom had mold across the ceiling and some in the kitchen. There was a smeared hand print on the wall at the front door and the same color smears on the wall to the right as you went into the master suite. The key pad started acting up the next day to where it took multiple times to get it to work. The day after we were not able to leave the unit because the door knob would not work. When I called the number that had been texted to me to contact from whoever had texted me multiple times a day while in the conference. To us waiting 30 minutes or longer after talking to them before they Called back and said they had left a message with toe property manager. Luckily another person called Orange Beach/County Police Dept. who sent someone to get us out before they ever called us to let us know they had left a message with them property manager. It has nice views.

Perfect getaway

Perfect getaway to the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only suggestion is bring extra toiletries and items if you want to stay more than a few days. The pictures don’t do this location justice as the furniture has been updated.

Wonderful experience

Everything was in good clean condition. They even had beach chairs, umbrella, sand bucket, shovels, and a sand mat. Only thing i would change is a thicker quilt or comforter on the beds.

Great Getaway

Condo has amazing views! I would suggest updating the listings photos as the furniture has been updated. Complex was down to only one working elevator. Overall was a pleasant stay!

Awesome views and location needs some attention though

This condo has a great location and beautiful views. Some of the furnishings was updated compared to the photos listed online. The guest bathroom shower needs a replacement handle bc it kept coming off every time you turned the shower on and off. The carpet needs replacing and would recommend tile. The balcony railing gave a little bit and needs tightening. The bedding was very thin and blankets were not available, so it was chilly at night even with the air off. The updated furniture was a plus and well decorated.
