Great Location!

This was the perfect location and was cleanly and very comfortable!!The checkout process is the only thing I have issues with. The checkout process was not sent in advance and instead came when we checked out. Wish this would have come through the night before. Our 5 slept extremely well and we will be looking to book this location again next year.

Won’t stay here again

We stayed here in 2024 and everything was fine so we booked it again. The dishwasher smelled like something was dead in it and we were not able to use it. The doors had fallen off the laundry room. The beds were caving in. The king bedroom shower hot water handle fell off. When we got there, the king bed was bare. No sheets. No blankets. It was over all very dirty.

Good room at great price!

Overall our stay was great! Condo was nice if a little dated, but clean. Everything worked and our stay was perfect. Love the big balcony with an awesome view of the Gulf. Would stay again!

Great Weekend Getaway!

The Beach view is absolutely fabulous. Plenty of room for a weekend getaway. The swimming pools and hot tubs provide plenty of exercise and relaxation.

Very dirty

The bathroom has pee in the corner. The entire condo smelled like pee. The sliding door cut my daughters toe very bad. The beds were terrible. No blanket in king size bed room.

Easy

We brought my parents who are in their 70’s. I was worried the walk to the beach would be too much for them. I was shocked to see how easy it was to check in, get to our room and to the beach area. They really enjoyed themselves.

No AC!!!!! Loud plumbing noise wet floors

stayed at the phoenix on multiple occasions but the unit had no ac the plumbing was making a loud noise the floor were wet and even after we dried them the moisture came right back we were forced to move in the middle of the night 30min to a new location put a damper on the whole trip! Even the bedding didn’t fit

Phoenix 1 Nightmare

I never provide a bad review on anything, I just let it go but this condo was so bad I felt obligated to the next possible renter. Everything was dirty & it constantly smelled bad is the best way to put it. Smelled like someone had just prepared seafood in it when we walked in & it never really went away, made my Grandson nauseous to the point he didn't want to come back to the room. Many things in need of repair from faucet handles to closet doors. Worst stocked condo I ever rented. Not enough of anything & what was there was dirty except for the few towels in the room. Only 1 elevator working & was notified that 1 elevator would be out of service during our entire stay a few days ahead of time. We were on the 14th floor & I didn't want to spend part of our vacation waiting on an elevator so called Vacasa to see if we could swap to a lower floor but was told there were no rooms available on lower floors but they weren't that busy so a single elevator would not be a delay or inconvenience but it was & we spent countless time just waiting on the elevator. Tried 3 different times to get code to fitness room & was given 3 different codes by 3 different employees & none of them ever worked so we never got to use the fitness room. Had to buy a parking pass even though the description for the condo detailed it came with 2 parking passes. I've stayed in Orange Beach 20+ times in different condos & never experienced anything close to this bad. Very hard for me to rationalize the cost

Great location and view!!

We stayed here because of the views from the balcony and location. Everything was perfect except the garbage disposal had an odor and knats! There is only one top comforter for the one bedroom. So we had to buy another one from Walmart for our family in other room. Enjoyed the fireworks from balcony on Fourth of July weekend! Close to food and activities for everyone!

All about 1142

This unit has a nice Veiw But it smells bad like old trash the garage disposal had at least 500 Gnats came flying out floor had not been swept nor mopped bed sheets had red,dark spots I went to Walmart to get bleach, linen for beds spent money that wasn't in my budget after a long ride with kids I just wanted to check in and get settled down after vascsa could not give me the correct floor the unit was on the gave me the run around on which floor the unit was on they sent me email with wrong information more then once first red flag I will not be using vascsa anymore I will never recommend anybody it was my husband bday on top of it PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY on side your is where everyone drop trash in trash disposal 😠😠😠

Anniversary getaway

Great get away spot for a relaxing stay. 14th floor so you are high enough up to have perfect views of the sunrise and sunset without the noise of a crowd. It's just the relaxing sounds of the waves. A few issues with the cleaning that were quickly resolved. Highly recommend.
