Our single-family house is located in a quiet residential area of Oneonta and boast 1,260 square feet of living space across two floors. CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, hardwood floors, and a well-equipped kitchen- this house has everything you need for a relaxing week.

Enjoy a comfortable outdoor patio with a gas grill overlooking a shared lush lawn ready for family fun. Additionally, there is ample off-street parking to accommodate the family's needs. The first level of the house contains a stocked eat-in kitchen that seats six, a cozy living room with a 55 inch smart TV, and a half bathroom. The second floor contains three bedrooms each with its own smart TV. A full bathroom equipped with a washer and dryer is conveniently located near the bedrooms. High-speed Wifi is located throughout the house.

Great Cooperstown Baseball Stay

We had a great experience, the place was perfect for us. My only issue was there was a train track right behind house that had trains going by a couple times through the middle of the night.
