DO NOT STAY HERE. my bedding was wet and puddles of liquid, pillows damp, hair in shower and hair and dirt all over the floor, tried a new room, full of beetles and roaches I spotted 5 within 1 min of walking in the room crawling on the alls and floor and walked out. Place is in an abandoned area with nothing nearby. Run down, not clean would and could never stay here. I’ve had cheap less than great hotels but this takes the cake. Smells terrible, towels are so gross and full of stains and can tell been used a lot.

You get what you pay for

I have my dog with me so I did all my own house quit being on my own laundry which I didn't mind I chose to I had to take off the shape to clean the all the lens and I was depressed by how clean and anything free the mattress and mattress was the mattress was I was shocked to see that place is not dirty and overall cleaners of this afternoon is okay nothing great but the service from some of the people behind the counter is hit and miss the main manager he's pretty good everybody else is the argumentative they complain yelling and grabbing you about how bad their day is going and act like you owe him because they're having to do their job at work so and they're just yeah just remember you get what you pay for

Decent, but u get what u pay for

Check in was quick and easy, but the hotel and room was dirty. Sheets had make up smudges and stains all over them. They do allow pets, which is fine, but not when I walk down the hallway and see dog poop on the floor. Get in the elevator and there was dog pee all over the floor. Told the front desk about it, and the mess was still there hours later when we came back

Upon arrival I was told I couldn’t get the king/1 bed room I booked. I was ok with that because I had a 3 hour drive to get to the hotel. Got to rhe 3rd floor of the hotel after I got my room number, the smell of cigarette smoke was very evident. The closer I got to my room the worse it got. Mind you I was told it was a non smoking room. All my belongings smell like smoke it was so bad. I told the management and was told I could switch rooms but it would be awhile. Never followed up with me after. Obvious prostitution activities going on at this hotel. The bathroom lights in the room were broken. Check out was a mess. Waited over 45 mins after 11am to check out and was greeted by a very unprofessional “manager” that said if I didn’t like it, don’t come back. He also said he had multiple properties so he didn’t care that I had a bad stay and didn’t ever want to go back. I’m glad I’m grown cause the younger me would have had a lot to say to the “manager”. Don’t waste your money on this zoo.

Lack of cleanliness

Ok, so front desk was nice but….room had paint falling off walls in bathroom and main room. Sheets were dirty and pillow case was dirty. Had to change sheets myself after I went down and collected new sheets from front desk. Place was run down in main hall and they have long term residents that live in 3rd floor with dogs and housekeepers don’t sweep hallways. So it’s not the cleanest place we’ve stayed. Will not go back
