The staff was so rude, the elevator was broken, our boys were at a tournament and we stayed there so the kids could swim and the staff yelled at our kids when other people were also causing noise. The walls had stains and so did the seats, the bed hurt my back.
I have stayed at this chain before and was pleased, which is why I booked again through Orbitz. Upon my arrival there was a sizeable amount of snow surrounding the hotel, and my car became stuck. I called the office and she informed me I should have parked at a neighboring business and walked. Well I had already hurt my back and carrying my luggage through the snow was not an option. I am more concerned about guests with disabilities. Anyway, she offered me a shovel so I could personally remove the snow. Um no. Then she provied me a phone number of 2 guys who she didnt know and said they would come and remove my car for free. Well if that doesn't sound shady. I called the number anyway and the man was pleasant but not an insured or legit business. I called AAA and had my car removed and stored at a neighboring business. When I asked about them giving proper access to their guests, i was advised they dont do plowing. I had already traveled over 4000miles on my trip, in snow and ice and this, by far, was the worst part. As you can see in my pics, rm 327, the walls and floors were dirty. The curtains were dirty and it looks like a prior guest had a fun time with wet toilet paper, and it was stuck to the bathroom wall. Since this obvious lack of cleanliness was missed, what other surpises await me in this room. I complained. Nothing was done. I checked out a they refused a refund. This place is a biohazard. Check Yelp. I realized after I booked. Dont stay here.
The staff was very friendly. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked.
The only issue I had was when I checked into my room, the smoke detector was beeping every few minutes all night. I went to the front desk and notified them and they said they would fix it the next day. However, they did not fix the constant beeping detector. When I checked out at the front desk, I mentioned it to them again and the gentleman said he would get right on it. They offered to move my room but I told them no because they would fix it the next day. This is my only complaint for my stay. Besides this, the staff was very friendly.
No breakfast as advertised might as well go to motel 6
Clean, attentive service, but not ideally located.
We left and went to a different hotel. The room they put us in was dirty. When we told them they offered to move us to another room, which was also dirty. So we asked for a refund and left.
This property was a disgrace to the Wyndham name. The AC was rough. The
Ease access to the hotel with no problem. the staff tried to make you feel welcome. The room could be cleaner vacuum more and tide up. The mattress needs to be more firm. The staff when out of her way, to get into our room as the key card wasn't working for any room. She open up a room so we could put our luggage in, went out get something to eat. When we came back it was all fixed. She need be reward for her hard work.
The price was good but the location was not optimal for us. We did have an issue with the air conditioning when we first arrived but it was quickly fixed. The room was nice. The housekeeping staff were nice but but there were several days, at least half of our stay that we either didn’t get our beds made or we didn’t get fresh towels and had to ask. The breakfast was severely lacking. It was the same everyday and the eggs were dried out and the home fries were cold. Condiments were very limited. Breakfast was supposed to be until 0900 during the week and we would go down about 0845and just about everything was gone and never replenished. We will most likely not stay here again.
Absolutely the most disgusting place we've ever stayed in Oklahoma City. There were stains on our sheets, the wallpaper was peeling off of the walls, the room smelled like mildew, and the carpets were wet. When we asked to get a refund, the manager offered to move us to another room and we refused. We were supposed to stay 5 nights at this disgusting hotel. We wouldn't go back there even if it was free.
