The front desk staff were so friendly! The room was spacious and I loved the bathroom design. It was so nice to be able to adjust the temperature and shower flow without ducking under the water to adjust the knobs. We stopped here during a rain storm and made a point to return when we were driving back home because it was such a good value and everyone was so nice.

We didn’t have sheets for the pullout couch. And the sheets we got from the front were way too small… not sure how that happened. I also didn’t get any water when I checked in even though I am a member.

We enjoyed the one night stay here. Bathroom had been updated and was very roomy. The toilet paper holder wasn't stable, so you had to hang on to the roll. the only other issue was the pullout tray on one night stand had crumbs and it wouldn't stay shut, so we tied it up so we wouldn't hit it walking by in the night.

I was in room 315 and there was a sporadic clicking sound all night. The shower has pink mold growing. The area did not feel safe. Upon arrival at 10p with my two daughters there were a few unsavory men hanging out by the entrance. We called the front desk from the car and asked to transfer out reservation to another Hampton Inn and was told no. The men left after about 20 mins and I decided to quickly check in. It’s located by 2 very large truck stops, a deserted lot and at least 4 stray dogs. The Expedia pics don’t show the truck stops or I would not have booked this-especially with my young daughters.
