The only complaint I had was that breakfast took over an hour in the restraunt and was gross. $60 for a breakfast that is served cold and gross plus waiting over an hour when we were the only party present is really disappointing. The rest of the stay was great. Skip the breakfast and you will be just fine!

Booked for SIX nights. Management did a very poor job accommodating me with my laundry since the guest laundry only had two machines, one was already broken and while washing my girls uniform, that one broke while using it. The maintenance worker helped me more than the general manager and allowed me to use the commercial dryers to attempt to dry them at 10pm. He even offered for me to use the other hotels guest laundry while management did Nothing!! I didnt even mentioned that my bed was broke and furniture was broken in our room. I was told we had complimentary breakfast, and that wasn't true. Even after having all the issues with laundry, my girls tried to get breakfast and was denied without a voucher. We ended up leaving one day before and I didnt even attempt to ask for a refund for my last night since the guy was still working. The other ladies working the front desk were great but the gentlemen, should not be in hospitality.
