The hotel is great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Area is up and coming.
Very unique display of art and history. Covid caused few in-dining options. Staff was terrific and very helpful. Had a power outage which was weather related.
beautiful renovated historic building. very unique.
The art museum aspect was wonderful. Rooms were modern and fancy. Parking was kind of iffy if you don't do valet. Television was not hooked up for some reason when we arrived. Other than that nothing major to complain about.
This was another great stay at the 21C. The staff was amazing, the room as always was clean and comfortable. They just switched out their art and it is very thought provoking and of course beautiful. Their bar staff is always friendly and top rate. I love the food and whatever music they have playing in the background. This hotel would not be out of place in Manhattan, Santa Monica, South Beach or Austin (Except you would probably pay 2-3 X's the cost!). Thanks for the attention to detail and the friendly service.
The museum is really interesting. It is fun to grab a drink and walk through to look at the art
I didn't like that there was not a back entrance in case you parked in the parking garage that is behind the hotel. You have to walk all the way around the building to get back in at the front.
Felt like i was in a loft. Very spacious. The art work we're interesting to look at and the restaurant was delicious. The only problem was the bed. It had a dent in the center so i kept rolling in.
Loved the art . Desk staff were very nice and friendly
Great downtown location, wonderful restaurant in hotel.
I had selected this hotel because of the VIP status it has on website. I booked two king bed rooms. When I arrived to check in I was told I had two double bed rooms. I clarified the booking was for two king bed rooms. I even should my confirmation. She looked at it and said we are completely booked and all we have are doubles. When I explained this was not what I booked her response was “I do not know what to tell you”. I pointed out I selected this hotel because of the VIP status they have on Orbitz but that obviously was a mistake on my part. Another employee heard and talked to the staff member helping me. She then came back and said we will move one of your rooms to a king. I pointed out it sounds like you are trying to make this sound like you are doing me a favor, which you are not. I booked two king rooms and two king rooms is what I want. I did not ask for a free upgrade. I expect what I booked and already paid for. 2 hours later I was able to get into the rooms I had originally booked. One of my rooms had no soap or lotion. I had to find housekeeping and ask for it which they did bring me but I should not have to chase down basic amenities like soap in a hotel room. To anyone who took the time to read this review. Please consider another hotel if you are staying in Oklahoma City. If you pick this one you have been warned and I hope you have a better experience than I did.
Unique experience......wonderful art.....great room....great food....great staff.
Beautiful hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Loved the museum! Loved the ability to grab a drink from the bar and walk around the museum, which is open 24/7. Rooms are very modern, and the shower was awesome!
Fantastic idea to merge an art museum with a lofty, boutique hotel. Modern, new, and a one stop excitement and rest for anyone’s brain activity. It could lean towards the pricey side for a small population Oklahoma City hotel but the rest of the interior and the fest of the art exhibit, make up for the explanation of the cost. 21c maybe should a swimming pool to the hotel? Maybe better parking? Not much to complain about but the standard amenties don’t compare with most hotels nowadays. Downtown OKC is going through a revitalization - I think the 21c hotel is about two years early for modernity. However, once OKC has its bloodline pumpline again, 21c will be right near the epicenter of all the action. The OKC Federal building memorial is within minutes of this hotel, and right around sunset, the Survivor tree is an experience that any human must partake in.
First time in a hotel that has an art exhibition open 24 hours. My wife and I enjoyed walking around and looking at the pieces. The room is pretty good, staff is friendly. The only complaint I have is the parking. There is little place for us park our car in front of the hotel, just for giving it to the valet while checking in. Valet parking is quite expensive given the location.
Love staying here even though everything around it is under construction. Valet is $27 a night. There's a parking garage behind the hotel that's $5 or $10 but no in-out privileges. House keeping will throw away opened hotel toiletries and replace them with new ones, so hide them or something if you want to be less wasteful. Nespresso machines and capsules for in-room coffee and tea. Wish they sold their pillows!
Wanted a hotel centrally located in OKC and the 21C was a pleasant surprise, Mary Eddys was great and everywhere we went people highly recommended The Jones Assembly which is connected to 21C while at the Jones Assembly a bar patron recommended stone cloud brewery which was walking distance from the hotel which just added to the great stay. I have made reservations at the the 21C in Louisville for the Kentucky Derby and my wife and i are looking forward to it The penguins were hilarious thought i was losing my mind
