A lovely one-bedroom unit located right on Silver Lake Harbor. This first floor master suite provides docking at your doorstep and unparalleled views of the harbor. Enjoy watching fisherman come and go from your covered deck or relax with a book on the shared gazebo. This Sunday turn day property is within walking distance of all your favorite eateries, galleries, and shops. You will have your own entrance, and an elevator to help make unloading an ease. Use the queen-sized sofa sleeper for additional guests. Docking is on the right side of where the lifted boat is right behind the gazebo. There is about 25’ of docking. The rest of the dock is shared docking and you do not have access to dock in those areas. This property does provide both linens and towels.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.
