Great Stay

A little drive to Chattanooga but it was a great place to stay with gym equipment and the pool table we had plants to do even when we were just hanging around the house.

Fall getaway

We chose this property because of the proximity to the Hiawassee River Railroad. There was plenty of room in the house for the 5 of us. Lots of outdoor activities around to keep you busy!

Great space, great fun!

Enjoyed the property. So clean! Nice variety of gathering spaces—screened porch, outdoor fire pit, kitchen, upstairs area. We had four teens and four adults. Kids loved the upstairs gym area. We didn’t have a pet with us but the pet amenities were very nice.

Peace

We wanted to get away for some well needed peace and quite and we got just that. This home is so clean and relaxing. I seen deer on the property and it was so close to all the attractions. Check In was easy and host was very helpful and responsive to any concerns. Loved the stay!!

Nice house near the Ocoee

The house was very nice and was clean. Host was easy to get ahold of and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. House has very large workout area and a really nice pool table. House is close to all the Ocoee river fun. We had a great time and will be back. Thanks

Ocoee House

Guest contact very nice and responsive. The A/C controls on the first floor were locked and the key was promptly supplied. The A/C did not work on the first floor for the first night. The house has several fans. The guest contact had the issue corrected the next day. House is very clean and spacious. All the plates and glasses are plastic (I’m not a fan of plastic…a personal preference). Thankfully, the coffee cups were ceramic! The TV/Theater system was very complicated with no instructions – there were 4 DVD’s, none connected. It was a great place for the 5 of us

Comfortable

The cabin was clean and homey. Close to river and not to far for day trips to Chattanooga. Great games for little children. We had planned to spend a good bit of our time in Chattanooga, but chose this place because it said it had creek access (8 yr old loves looking for salamanders), but there was too much poison ivy to get to creek! We would have probably gone ahead and stayed in Chattanooga if we had known this ahead of time. But the house was nice and no complaints with it.

Spring break-family

One of our sons is in the military and we try to meet up several times a year for vacations or get aways. This location was about halfway for all of us to meet. The only ones missing were our daughters family since there little boy’s spring break was the previous week. We really enjoyed the cabin….the men went hiking and we filled out steaks and had family game night. We also went on an incline train ride to outlook mountain, and a bunch of other things too. The main goal was to hang out together and we played UNO and Cards Against Humanity and other game’s every night of our stay.

Amazingly sweet and understanding hostess! I 1000000000% recommend this listing!

Yong B. was such an amazing hostess. She was very good at communication. She left lots of notes around to help us. We had a little bit of trouble getting on the WiFi, but she was easy to reach and helped us quickly. We also encountered a strong storm that left us without power for just over 12 hours. Yong and EVOLVE properties were so understanding and helpful. The property itself was also beautiful and it has a lot to offer! We are definitely coming back!
