Perfect for a big family

We loved the house! Great view of the beach, and we saw deer several times from the back windows! There was room for everyone and a big living room we could all gather in. Will stay at this house again when we come to the area.

Pro; great bedrooms, bathrooms, and location Cons; blood stain on mattress pad, a known issue with dishwasher was not corrected prior to our stay. Did not work, had to hand wash dishes entire stay. linens we rented were old and stained. given wrong keypad number for door at arrival

Great Weekend!!!

We rented License to Chill for my husband’s 50 birthday celebration. It was spacious enough for 6 different families to spend quality time together! There was an issue with A/C, but it was dealt with in a timely manner. We are trying to make a weekend at LTC a yearly gathering!

Magical 60th Birthday Week!

Perfect house for the perfect week to celebrate my 60th Birthday with my spouse, my kids and their spouses, and 3 grands. Not one problem during the stay, and the house was fantastic! Can’t wait to go back!

Beach getaway

Great location, communication great. We had an emergency with our dog sitter they returned call very quickly. Some cleaning issues but overall not bad. Did not like pool.

Wonderful Rental

We stayed with 6 adults and 4 grandkids under 12. The whole house was well laid out with bedrooms up and down. The kids enjoyed the pool although it is small. Elevator worked well. Enjoyed our stay!

Papa’s Gift

My father decided this year instead of Christmas gifts his children and grandchildren were going on our first extended family vacation together. We had an AMAZING time! The house was perfect for our family of 13. The weather turned out beautiful after the first day. The beach was unbelievable. The neighbors were very friendly. We even met a special friend that was fishing everyday and shared all his fish and turtles he caught with the kids. We had all the amenities we could have needed for the week. It was our first time boogie boarding and wave jumping. The wine slushies, mini golf and little shops were wonderful! I hope to come back again some day!!

Ocean Isle Chil-laxed

The License to Chill is a beautiful property with a beautiful view of the ocean. While off season, we purchased the linen plan and all was delivered on time, as promised. Extra refrigerator in the garage downstairs was a nice touch for beverages and leftovers. Read the instructions and the elevator worked flawlessly. Property was clean, apparently sanitized and available as agreed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property and management company.

Spring Break Trip

Had a great stay! Family of 12 had beautiful home with perfect accommodations. One thing that didn’t give 5 stars was the elevator. Buttons inside didn’t work and was a problem due to the fact that my dad is 82 and couldn’t climb stairs and was one of the questions I raised when booking that was not resolved.

Overall the property was in good condition. Impressed with the organization of the kitchen. Everything we needed. Location was perfect. We really enjoyed the porch and proximity to the beach. Only thing is we could not get the bedroom TVs to work. Thank you for renting to my family. Happy New Year.
