“Come Anchor Down” An amazing 3 bedroom 2 bathroom canal front getaway awaits your arrival. The canal is great for fishing, kayaking, and you can even rent a boat, or bring your own and keep it at our private dock. The home is 7 houses from the intracoastal waterway. It’s the Best of both worlds, relaxing on the canal, and easy access to the beach. We are walking distance to the new park/playground, restaurants, pier, mini golf, and much more. Get ready to relax by the water and enjoy the oasis we have created. Brand New Listing!!! We have 4 Tandem Kayak's that you are welcome to use during your stay! This home has 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. We can accommodate 10 guests. One bedroom has a king size bed and large walk in closet. It also has its on access to the back balcony, that over looks the canal. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its on bathroom. The third bedroom has custom built bunk beds. It has 2 twins on the top and 2 full size beds on the bottom. All the bedrooms have 55 inch smart t.v.'s. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basics for cooking. We have a laundry room downstairs with 2 washers and 2 dryer's. We also have a outside shower downstairs. AnchorDown is perfectly located near the beach on a natural canal. It is a short 7 minute walk to the beach, or a short golf cart ride. We also have a lift that you can use for luggage, cooler's and groceries. Please use responsibility, no kids on lift. . Ocean Isle is a golf cart friendly community. We also have a 6 person golf cart that is available for rent. You have access to everything except a storage closet downstairs. The beach house has its on floating dock. The dock and canal are meant to be enjoyed responsibly. Please note there are inherent dangers associated with water, including drowning. please be safe and wear a personal floatation device around the water. Monitor children and those that are not strong swimmers. We have beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, a cooler, and Bluetooth speaker for stay. We also have beach games and corn hole boards. We have a gas grill for your use. We include all bed linens. Each guest will be provided a towel, wash cloth, and hand towel. We also have beach towels.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
