We all loved this home, beautiful kitchen with plenty of seating, dinnerware, and a large pantry. The drink fridge came in handy, because it left plenty of room in the main fridge. Perfect place for us!

Annual Family Vacation

This is our second trip to this property and it has been an absolute hit both times! Everything is as advertised. The property is very clean and flows for a welcoming stay. Its in clowe proximity to the beach access which is fantastic! Communication was friendly, clear and concise. I feel like I am appreciated as a customer! See you next year!

A treat!

Rental company was very responsive and we appreciate that. House was beautiful, beds were comfortable. We appreciated having multiple bathrooms.We did have a few issues submitting the contract but the rental company helped to resolve that. The rooms were listed on different floors than what we actually found - this has now been updated on the site. It did cause some confusion / minor issues for us b/c we specifically selected this house for the layout we thought we were getting. Our GS Troop was on a tight budget and we bought supplies that were actually on hand, so that was a bummer but we did find everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

Great house close to the beach!

This was a very nice and spacious house. Plenty of room for our group of 18. The pool was very nice and seemed bigger than the other ones we could see. There were more beach chairs than we expected and they were like new. It was a very short walk to the beach and was in a great neighborhood.

Livin’ The Dream

This rental is roomy, comfortable and clean! There were 12 of us for the week we stayed and LTD easily accompanied our group. Access the beach is a very short walk. The provided equipment in the garage area enhanced our stay. The beach equipment cart was extremely useful but it does need minor repair work. We will rent this home again!

Fabulous and more

Our family gathered here for a reunion. This was the half-way point for us. We could not have been more satisfied with the location, the house and the management. The house was described accurately with one exception. There were MANY more amenities than mentioned, such a good thing! When I inquired about some items that might be available, I was told the "things come and go" with renters and he wasn't sure exactly what was there. There were children's toys, games, and a storage closet filled with beach and pool toys, supplies, bikes, and outdoor games. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked for our family of 14 with many leftover spices and cooking ingredients. There is plenty of seating, eating space and the beds were extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this house and would re-book in the future.

Very nice place! Easy access to beach, house very well equipped, and comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed all the beach equipment provided. Brunswick was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this house!

Amazing property

House is beautifully decorated, has a great layout, and is perfectly situated at the East end of the island, overlooking the ocean on one side, and the salt marsh on the other. Accommodations were super comfortable, and the house contained everything we needed. There were a few needs we had, and got a prompt response from the host. Definitely would stay again—amazing!

Great Stay for our wedding week!!

We had an amazing time during our stay. The house is immaculate! We stayed for our wedding week for our bridal parties and had such an amazing time. Plenty of room and space for all the guests and the pool was awesome!

Livin’ the dream

The home was absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean, has every kitchen gadget you can think of, very well thought out. We spent most of our time at the pool which again extremely clean. We are very picky on where we stay. I would give 10 star plus. We will be coming back. Oh, note the decor was top notch!
