We had a wonderful time during our stay. The pool was closed but it is October. What we loved the most was the extended balcony. We spent most of our time on the balcony watching the ocean, enjoying the views. The furnishings were dated but the place had a great vibe and was well appointed. Would recommend and will stay here again.

We definitely want to stay here again! This was the perfect spot for our little family. We have two Autistic children, one of which is pretty noise sensitive, so going to OC instead of our usual OBX trip was a gamble, but we are so glad we took the risk! Our kids got to experience oceanfront front for the first time and it was magical.The unit was clean, well stocked and the location was perfect! Easy rental process, we booked pretty last minute.

We stayed at this condo this past week and let me just say, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. This place was great! Just a few steps to the beach, and a short drive to the boardwalk. We have young children so the convenience is everything on vacation. The condo itself was VERY clean. I always check for bedbugs when I stay anywhere and not only was the mattress clean, but they had plenty of mattress protection. The bathroom was also very clean and the water flowed down the drain nicely. Nothing worse than being on vacation and the pipes are all clogged up from the sand. Overall the place always very well kept. It was nice having the indoor outdoor balcony and the bunk beds were a huge hit with my kids. They looked small in the photos but they're twin sized bunk beds. The place was stocked with pretty much everything that we needed, a nice coffee pot, a Keurig machine, and there was even a crock pot which I used twice. This place was everything we could have wanted in a stay and then some. It seemed like there was a lot of love put into this place and we would definitely stay here again.

Right on the Beach.

We spent a wonderful long weekend in Ocean City in this very nice beachside unit. All of our questions were answered promptly by our Property manager. This is definitely a place I would return to.

Thoughtful Property

A space that made sense for our family. My boys loved the bunk beds. The space was open and decorated in a fun way. We easily made our way to and from the beach and quality restaurants. We will likely book again.

Great location with fun layout. Parking confusion with onsite construction. Elevator inspection expired. One entire room hadn't been cleaned- an accumulation of dirt, sand & trash on the floor. Mirror was dirty. Bedroom window was unlocked & latch was broken. No wifi/tv until I found the router, which was unplugged. Communicated by text with two different #s, one helped with parking issue; other stopped responding to concerns. Stairwells were not clear due to construction & contractors advised us not to use them- we were on the second floor & needed an elevator alternative. Code/safety issue?!

Less congested beach than hotel sections

Being in the condo section instead of the large hotel section made the beach much less congested. The outdoor patio built into the rooms is much better than a small balcony also . Parking at the hotel can be very confusing when first arriving .

Nice room, great location. Auto door lock tricky to operate at times (intermittent issue). Having to leave at 10am seems a bit early. Should be 11am. Overall very happy.

Great Beachfront Condo

We enjoyed the clever layout with a European flare. The unit was well equipped and comfortable, though Winter comforters should have been provided. Fortunately there were some extra blankets that did the trick. The fees seemed excessive and doubled the nightly rate, though we would definitely go again.

Nice relaxing spot

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The balcony at a nice view. It was a nice spot to sit and read. The kitchen had everything you could need for preparing meals. I would recommend this property.

Was very happy with the condo put the parking situation I wasn't happy with I brought an old car down for Endless Summer Cruise to be parked under the condo in case of rain but unfortunately this condo unit had outside parking other than that was a great Condo
