Lovely Bayside Condo

Lovely comdo with beautiful views of the bay. Great balcony offering sunset views. The unit was as described Very clean and kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed birding in the morning and early evening. Walking distance to some nice restaurants. The downsides were hearing neighbors through the wall at night and having smokers next door. Also there was only one parking pass instead of the two that were advertised. Conversations with management company dragged on for our three day stay were fruitless and frustrating. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice rental. Will stay here again!

Very nice condo. Clean. Great balcony view of sunsets. Comfortable beds. Nice to have a few paper products and cleaning products (soap) provided by the owner and Turnkey. Nice coffee maker(s). Parking spaces are small. Two spaces, ok for us but if you have a 3rd car you may have a problem finding street parking. Cooking pans need to be updated/replaced. Overall great stay. Thank you!

This is a beautiful unit with all amenities! Includung a spectacular view! Clean and comfortable!

My party and I stayed at this condo unit for 3 nights/4 days and enjoyed every minute. The bedrooms are perfect for families or groups. The balcony and view boasts quiet and beautiful sunsets. The unit was fully stocked including a kurig Coffee machine, linens, towels for each bedroom, and every thing you could possibly need to cook anything you buy. It was super close to shopping and activities on the strip as well as a hop, skip and a jump from the beach just across the strip. The dishwasher broke while we were there, and TurnKey was amazingly quick to come a assess the issue. We are still waiting on our partial refund for the inconvenience, but the communication was very great! . Overall we liked our stay so much we wanted to extend our trip, however this unit is in such demand that it was booked. We really hope to stay here again next year, just longer next time 😊

A great time!

Being on the Bay side provides the most beautiful sunsets on the balcony. Great sitting out on the balcony in the morning enjoying our coffee without being in direct morning sunlight. A great time!

Relaxing

Perfect location, tons of restaurants within walking distance, beach 2 blocks from location. Only issue is balconies are so close and you can hear everyone's convos in there units also kept receiving text msgs stating there was excessive noise coming from my unit when we where not at the unit or out of the unit. Other than that i would recommend this place and most likely stay there again when vacationing

Accommodations. Were very nice. Fl.

On arrival floors were swept clean but needed a good wAshing. Master bed coverlet also needs laundering. Towels were very fresh and clean. Very extensively filled kitchen with very nicely had spices and cleaning supplies. Shelf in laundry room needs to be anchored correctly. By the holes in wall, you can see it is not secure. Just trying to be helpful for next guests. Beds very comfortable. Even in kids room. Thank you for a great. Place to stay. Very reasonable Only talked with property manager about smoke alarm that went off a couple times for no readon

Simply perfect!

This place felt like home! We loved the space, cleanliness, clean, fluffy towels and linens, and the views are amazing and so relaxing! Thank you for allow us to stay at your beach cottage. Would love to be able to bring our mini poodle next time, we’ll definitely be back!
