Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, second floor condo on Oceanside Block. Unit has a Washer and Dryer and central air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, icemaker, range, dishwasher, microwave and Kcups Coffee maker. 55" LED Smart TV in the living room with streaming capabilities. Master bedroom and living room equipped with ceiling fans. Unit has free Comcast cable and WiFi great for catching up on a little work if needed. Pull out Queen sofa that will sleep 2 in the living room. Linen Package is included (see details below). Just steps away from the beach with no major roads to cross. Great location on the ocean side just a very short walk to up the street to the beach. Grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, CVS, Green Turtle, Crab Cake Factory and more are within a1-5 block walk. Unit 4 is located on the 2nd floor.
Our Linen Package includes Luxury Sheet sets for all beds in bedrooms and Spa quality towel sets for 6 people (*NOTE: If you have more than 6 and are using the pullout sofa bed you need to bring Queen sheets for it and towels for the extra people).
*Having an extended family vacation, need more space? We have 4 units available, up to 12 Bedrooms and 8 bathrooms! Just the perfect set up for a large extended family vacation rental. You are right next to each other, but have your own individual space.
