All of the porches/ balconies were filthy with mildew and dirt. Half of the bathroom doors and bedrooms doors did not close properly. One bathroom door could not be closed at all. The couches and upholstered chaors were stained, filthy and worn. The bed comforters were dirty and smelled unclean. The kitchen trash can was broken and filthy. The garage door code did not work, the garage remote also did not work. However; none of this was the most startling issue our group of women was there for a two night rental from Friday to Sunday. On Saturday morning just before 9am a man entered the house, "to close windows", so that they could power wash the front of the house. He entered without knocking and we had no prior notice that this would be occurring. Furthermore the man and his assistant had spent the previous night in front of the rental starting around midnight drinking and talking very loudly. Communication with the rental office was incredibly slow (hours to respond) incredibly and unsatisfactory. It feels incredibly careless and unsafe to have a non English speaking man enter the rental without permission or forewarning. When the rental company finally adressed it, it was a casual "our apologies". We were incredibly dissapointed in the cavalier way they handled the unannounced intrusion into the rental.
