We have stayed at here more than once. This is our favorite place to stay in OCMD!! The view is perfect the place is so clean ! Everything is updated and the communication if you need it with the property manager they get right back to you!!! Perfect place !

Room with a view!

The oceanfront view is unbeatable and the condo is just as nice! Quality furniture & appliances - so many rentals feel like you’re using everyone’s second hand stuff that they put at the beach house, but everything here is updated and clean. Easy check in and parking, staff we interacted with were pleasant. Quiet room and building - will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your condo!

The room was pretty much as advertised with a great view. The ground floor of the complex had a kind of funky smell and the lobby was sweltering. One of the queen beds we could not use because the head board is extremely shaky. Afraid we were going to break it just lying down. But the room as a whole was good. The 7-eleven next door was convenient. But If I had known the was a classic car convention in town I would have chosen another location to go. It made traffic extremely heavy especially at night. An Uber ride that should have been 10-12minutes was a half hour. Nothing against classic cars but it took over the streets.

Ocean front condo.

We didn’t want to leave. Absolutely loved this condo. Our favorite part was the sunroom over looking the ocean. Great location on the north side of Ocean city restaurants everywhere. If you want crab check out crab bag. We also recommend Coastal salt it was by far our favorite restaurant.

Great Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The carts that were available were a great help when it came time to unload and load the car. The property grounds were clean and the staff was friendly. The unit was clean and well kept. We enjoyed sitting in the enclosed balcony and drinking our coffee from the coffee shop across the street. Super easy walk to the beach, which was clean and had a lifeguard. Loves that there was an outdoor shower to wash off the sand before going into our unit. Our kids enjoyed the pool area. We had a great time overall and would definitely look to come back in the future.

Kids First Ocean Trip

This rental was perfect for the kids' first ocean vacation! The rental was clean, looked like the pictures and was easy to check in. We did not reach out to the property manager once during our stay because everything was exactly as advertised. I would definitely book this property again!

Great place to stay overall

The condo itself is very nice. We only have a few complaints: the kitchen sink was very stinky the entire time even after we kept rinsing it out and dumping lots of water into it (thinking it was the trap stinking?) but nothing helped, so we just lived with it. Also, the finish was wearing off of the patio door handles leaving brownish coloration on our hands every time we’d open the doors. Also every time we stood at the patio door admiring our beautiful beach front view, someone nearby was smoking and all we’d smell is constant cigarette smoke wafting back into our condo which ruined those moments for us unfortunately The cleaning people did not clean very thoroughly either, I wiped a lot of things down as soon as i entered the condo. The condo also had a bad smell to it from the minute we walked into it. The building is old and the outside of the condo unit has rusting chipping paint everywhere…. Definitely an eye sore as your first impression of this adorable little condo on the beach. However, with all that being said, we still enjoyed our stay. The place is very nicely decorated and very well thought out. You can tell the owner tried to think of everything a vacationer might need or want while on a beach vacation. Thank you for that! I think overall we’d stay here again as long as they get the stinky kitchen sink problem rectified and get a more thorough cleaning crew! Loved having a small washer and dryer! Loved the very private patio beach view as well!

Oceanfront condo

Our stay was excellent. Perfect view of the ocean and to sit on porch and listen to the waves. Linen service left a bit to be desired as sheets fit poorly and were very worn snd thin. Kitchen had ample supplies for fixing light meals. Our visit was shortened due to a death in family but loved the condo during our stay.

Would definitely return!

Property, unit, pool and beach were very clean and well represented. The unit itself was comfortable and as depicted in listing. The enclosed balcony was the highlight- wonderful views and great breeze!

Lovely stay at our former unit!

Very satisfactory, except for items in the kitchen. Only 2 coffee mugs, and since there were three of us, had to buy a mug in order to enjoy breakfast together. Also no way to heat water for tea or instant coffee, since everything - glasses, plates were plastic. Bought a tea kettle for our stay. Otherwise, a lovely unit, might be prejudiced, since we were the owners for 32 years, until we sold it five years ago. Would definitely stay again.

Listing description totally accurate. Since it was off season the parking sticker wasn’t necessary. Perhaps make that clear to all. The management office was closed at 4pm on Day we arrived. Confused a little so just went to room and all was fine.

Noisy building

Monday the alarm co tested the system with sirens and announcements for over 3 hrs. Adjacent units renovations with hammering and power tools all day every day of the week. These events spoiled what would have been a vacation.

Ahhhh! The beach!

The property was well stocked, comfortable with cute beach touches. But the real star was the sitting room/balcony with views of endless ocean and stunning sunrises. Would definitely stay again.

Good location

Nice property. Beautiful view. Could have been cleaner. Had a problem with check in code . E-mailed Jodie before leaving with our cell phone numbers since initial phone number was home landline. Don't believe key code was changed in time for our 4:00 p.m. arrival. Some tense moments until 5:00 p.m. Husband called & finally reached Rhonda. Joshua in Vacassa's office came up with us & called the number we were given. Got new code which worked.
