This property met our need of easy morning flight access. The entrance is locked at night which threw us until we could get the front desk clerk's attention. She unlocked the door and was polite andvery helpful once we got inside.

Extended stay rate is that of a four star hotel only that the quality rendered is of a 2 star motel. I must say though much improved from how terrible extended stay use to be. They have no cameras in the parking lot nor in the hotel except the one inside the lobby by the cashier. No security roaming the ground during the night to watch you vehicle park at your own risk.

Check in was fairly easy, I returned late in the evening for my stay and was able to get an additional blanket at the front desk without issue, room was clean, PARKING was FREE...overall great place for Oakland Airport proximity convenience

Decent hotel but highly priced, breakfast and wifi should be better. House keeping should be everyday.

This place is a really good hotel it's a good location away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Next to the Raiders home-office. However the Wi-Fi is slow to minimal unless you pay extra.

The night I arrived I asked if coffee was available and the lady handed me the nastiest coffee pot to take to my room, no coffee and no soap, no dishes of any kind in the kitchen. The room was clean and comfortable but they never touched it the whole week.

The pictures I saw online did not match what I saw in person the staff was rude the pillows, sheets and blankets had stains it smelled like marijuana, cigarettes and cigars on the whole floor level we was on and it was suppose to have been smoke free it's very noisy you can hear people yelling to each other down the hallway when people are walking down the hallway it always sounded like they were stomping even when you walk down the hallway it sound like you yourself was stomping you can hear doors slamming, people banging on the walls head boreds knocking it was just to loud the pictures we saw online had us on the beach where we could have walked right outside and seen the boats that people live in docked right out front and on the other side you can walk to the sand those pictures had us fooled no where near the beach the trip turned out to be really terrible when I called orbitz to try to get another hotel using the same reservations and the supervisor was rude so I asked her is this how orbitz treat their Platinum customer and then she hung up in my face sorry there are no pictures to show proof but I wouldn't recommend anyone stay at this hotel or use orbitz terrible customer service

My stay here was pleasant.my first time staying here ,the only issue that I had was not been able to check in early..We should be able to check in early if there is a room ready.why have your guest hanging out in the lobby or in their cars?

There is no pool. Breakfast was granola bars, fruit and coffee that was never refilled. One of the rooms in our group had bugs in it and it took the them three request to finally clean the room. Beds are very uncomfortable and pillows are worse.

I couldnt stay there cause of a fire a day b4 they never even got ahold of me to let me no i found out when i showed up thefe it was all bad

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room had everything I needed and was super clean and neat. I would come back to stay and price was affordable.

Hotel room was very comfortable and had a well equipped kitchenette area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee and muffins every morning was a great treat. Wifi didn't work well with my iPad so that was disappointing.

NIce value for the money, but the bed was lacking comfort and there was no mouthwash or extra goodies provided. No ice machine. But overall good value

location is nice no traffic or noises , large studio with kitchen was cool, bed was making too much noise ,wifi is not realy free but they have a free basic and very slow internet.

Nice big room with a kitchen, sitting room, secluded bed area, and nice bathroom! Very close to Oakland Airport!

The staff was so busy calling some one else a "butt head" and having conversation with themselves we were not helped with luggage, told where elevator was, or any other basics. Very rude
