Very disappointing. The bed was a double bed, not a queen and it was shoved up against the corner and wall since there was absolutely no space to arrange it differently. It looked more like a youth hostel type accommodation. At 1:30am, I woke to someone yelling. I went out to the hallway and it was coming from a room a couple doors down. Couples dispute, but it was so loud and disruptive.

The room was tiny and stinky. The sliding door of the toilet was broken and I was locked in half an hour trying to get out. I had to lift and move the entire door from its fixture to get out. There was no phone to call for help in toilet - one could die there and nobody would know it. The breakfast was included. I forgot my card in the room. The staff was quite unfriendly about it. She literally forced me put the things on my plate back to their place and leave the breakfast room. It was not polite at all. She was not an English speaker. Never experienced anything like this before. The breakfast room and the plates were the dirtiest among all the places I have ever been in my life. Far the worst hotel I have ever visited. Some guests of the hotel in the lobby and elevators were speaking without anyone near them. It looks quite scary. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent location. Hotel is kind of an old building but the staff is very nice. The breakfast is not what I usually eat but it was ok

The hotel was good but only 15-20 parking stalls for entire hotel. Other than that the hotel was was in good shape.

Cons: Our room was NOTHING as advertised, (much smaller than pictured), patched up holes in walls etc. "Free" breakfast was greasy scrambled eggs (not fully cooked), greasy noodles, greasy rice, $18/day, whether you eat it or not. Everything old/out-dated, in disrepair, old noisy air conditioner, underground parking NOT nice ($25/night), stale old vehicles/motorcycles/bicycles collecting dust in parking area... terrible. A local advised that it was formerly low-end housing used by drug dealers. We stayed 2 weeks and never complained but were glad to leave the hotel. Wish we could give a better report but felt ripped off. Pro: Hotel staff were very friendly and sweet people.

I stayed this hotel for two nights. It was good location to walk around the waikiki. The room was pretty dirty. Small tiny bugs are everywhere. Bathroom was old. A/C was old. They don't have lost and found system. I called them to ask what I left in the room but never got back to me. I stopped by hotel 3more times but they said they don't have it.

We didn't need to be on the beach so this location was perfect for us. It does get a bit noisy in the mornings when the garbage truck arrives.

Extremely small room noisy no WI Fi reception except for lobby .Great staff . Fairly clean with good free buffet

Nice staff The fercility is old. It needs an upgrade very soon!

Nice hotel if on a budget. Needs some improvements, bigger pool area. Hawaii is expensive enough without hotel nickel and dime (diming) you to death.

Staff- very friendly. Breakfast- geared towards the Asian tourists ( fried rice, noodles, scrambled eggs, pancakes; not much variety. A plus: free coffee all day in the lobby. Room was basic, clean but you need to keep any food in fridge as I learned the hard way on day 1- small roaches invaded my food I left out. Very noisy 3 out of the 4 nights- there's a parking lot where trash trucks and construction workers seem to meet. One night they were working at 4 am, trimming a palm tree next to the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay, you definitely get what you pay for...it was very quaint and simple.

Price was good..complimentary breakfast..nice people when I checked in and out..

Too many pieces of furniture in the room for the size of the room. The fridge could have sat on the floor with the microwave on top. The TV could have been mounted on the wall and had a smaller dresser in the room. The breakfast menu was not very appelling. I never eat there breakfast

Hotel is clean and well kept. Room was very small but was booked for 1 person initially. In room refrigerator was a plus. Walking distance to beach and lots of great shops and restaurants.

Hard to relax when you hear the beeping of vehicles backing up near your window. Ants in the bathroom. Air didn't work that well. Room was clean though. Free breakfast lacked choice if you have allergies. Not impressed. If you want the feeling like you're in a tropical paradise this is not your place. If you're on a business trip this works. I'm not clear why they charge $15 a day resort fee.The staff was positive and helpful and seemed happy to be at work.

Staff very helpful. Close to the beach and shopping.

Waited in line for 40min to check in, and that was just the beginning. Had to wait about 10min in line for elevator. They never mentioned they were taking an additional $100 out of my bank account just in case. My friend stayed in a different room and they cancelled his key cards without notifying him because the cleaning lady could smell his medical marijuana ( he did not smoke in the room or on the balcony AT ALL) DO NOT Stay here!!!

It was ok not bad but the ants outside the room door and shower got creepy for me...
