An Interesting Experience

I’d prefer to do this evaluation in my home after my trip but I would be outside the allowable time so I’ll do it now. Just so everyone understands, I’d stay with Olga again as the apartment is very nice, spacious, nicely equipped, and is located in an upper middle class residential neighborhood. But it’s not in Heidelberg. To get to the old section of Heidelberg one needs to buy general transportation ticket, walk from Olga’s up to the bus stop, wait for the bus, and take it to the train station. Then it’s necessary to take the train to Heidelberg. Once in Heidelberg, you’ll need to board another bus to Old Town, the section of Heidelberg everyone wants to see. Then one will need to repeat this on the way home. Yes, it can be done but one will need to be careful as it’s easy to board the 735 bus only to discover it’s going in the wrong direction, away fro your destination, not towards it. And much to our chagrin, we discovered that the busses don’t run on the weekend. If you have a car, you’ll be fine. Without one, it’s not so easy. And getting there from the Frankfurt airport is another story. But if you can manage the transportation issue, by all means stay with Olga. She’s nice, helpful, and a pleasure to be around. I’m not a poet, but I’d like to try my hand at being one. It’s entitled “Olga’s Daffodils.” As I lay on the couch with a view of the garden, I saw the daffodils, not a host, mind you, but enough to appreciate. I observed them fluttering in the breeze as they moved with the currents of the wind. Who could not be happy in such jovial company? I’m sure that when I return to my home and close my eyes, I’ll remember Olga’s daffodils. Sorry, Mr. Wordsworth.

Beautiful and extremely Comfortable!

We had such a wonderful stay! The apartment is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The garden is out of this world amazing. We loved drinking wine at night while watching the fireflies, and slept really well as it was so quiet at night. My children loved the sunroom, and we adored the little touches- lots of lighting options, an impossibly comfortable sofa, and a super sweet and reliable landlady who was thoughtful enough to provide comic books for the kids. We will definitely be back! Super convenient location close to shops and the highway, but extremely quiet, beautiful, and clean.

Peaceful and great for kids

My wife and I were travelling with our 2 young children (aged 6 and 3). The property was perfect for us. It's very clean and large. It also has a wood burning fireplace, which was great to unwind before bed. There is a playground a few steps away and a full grocery store is also close. The owner is friendly and welcoming and this property exceeded our expecations.

Die Ferienwohnung war super, die Kinder haben sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Frau Otto war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Top für 3 bis 5 Personen (1x Doppelbett, 1x Schlafsofa für 1 bis 2 Kinder plus ggf. Sofa im Wohnzimmer). Eigener Zugang und Parkplatz. Die Wohnung hat einen Wintergarten und Gartenzugang. Spielplatz ist um die Ecke, Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Westlich kann man super um die Felder joggen. In der Umgebung gibt es ganz viel zu erleben (Heidelberg, Speyer, Freizeitpark etc. etc.). WLAN, voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Fernseher ist auch alles da.Zusammenfassung: Top-Empfehlung!

Schöne Tage in Nußloch und Heidelberg

Frau Otto ist ein Schatz und hilft in allen Lebenslagen! Auch ohne Auto kommt man sehr gut, mit Bus und Straßenbahn,nach Heidelberg. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist sehr gut sortiert und fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies. Es war ein super Aufenthalt.

Urlaub in der Natur

Es war eine sehr schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung mit einem wundervollen Garten. 10 km südlich von Heidelberg, lässt es sich in Ruhe entspannen und viele schöne Touren als Wanderer oder mit dem Rad genießen. Mit den Öffis ist es etwas umständlich zu fahren, man kommt aber überall hin. Die Gastgeberin wohnt im Haus, und ist stets erreichbar und behilflich.

"Warten aufs Enkelkind"

Die Familie unserer Tochter lebt ganz in der Nähe und wir wohnten während mehrerer Besuche dort in Frau Ottos FeWo, um die Geburt unserer Enkeltochter zu erwarten. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm, der Aufenthalt gestaltete sich problemlos und wir konnten den sehr gepflegten Garten genießen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und der Wintergarten mit nach außen sich anschließender Terrasse bietet alleine schon als Ausblick ein sehr angenehmes und harmonisches Wohlgefühl. Eine entsprechende ruhige Wohnlage ergänzt unsere sehr positive Empfehlung. - Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben die Unterkunft nur morgens und abends genutzt und waren den Tag über unterwegs. Da die Heizung ausgefallen war, war die Zeit in der FeWo leider sehr kühl. Da konnten auch die von der Vermieterin bestellten Hausschuhe nur bedingt helfen. Trotzdem war sie sehr bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie eben möglich zu machen.

Ruim appartement met tuin

Ruim appartement op de begane grond met gebruik van tuin (incl. BBQ). Helaas functioneerde tijdens ons verblijf de afwasmachine niet helemaal goed (niet alles werd schoon en droog), en was er bijna geen warm water in de keuken. Heidelberg was goed bereikbaar door met de auto naar Leimen te gaan en vanaf daar met de tram naar Heidelberg centrum.

Vermutlich die beste FeWo in Nußloch?

Für uns drei Erwachsene (ein Paar plus 1) war die Wohnung perfekt (Doppel-Schlafzimmer und Schlafsofaräumchen, aber völlig ausreichend!) Genial der Wintergarten, der eine besondere STimmung verbreitet und garantiert, sich wenn nötig Raum geben zu können. Dazu der traumhafte private Garten, der leider von der B3 beschallt wird. In der Wohnung merkt man davon aber nichts. Tolle FeWO und mit einer sehr sympatischen und dezenten Gastgeberin. Danke!

Eine schoene, mit Geschmack und Kreativitaet eingerichtete Wohnung - bequeme Raeume, gut ausgeruestete Kueche, Bad gleichfalls sehr angenehm. Schoener Garten ohne Mitbenutzer, ruhige Lage unweit vom Ortszentrum. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus, Hauptverkehrsstrassen in der Naehe, man ist zB schnell in Heidelberg. Ein richtiger Wohlfuehlort!

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Super Wohnung und viel in kurzer Entfernung erreichbar. Schade dass der schöne Spielplatz gerade umgebaut wird aber wenn er fertig wird ist er sicher super.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir mussten sie erst etwas kindersicherer machen und ein Großteil der Deko entfernen, aber für unsere 4 Tage war sie perfekt. Gute Anbindung an die Umgebung, aber auch ein schöner Spielplatz direkt vor der Tür.
